Conveniently located. Clean and pretty large bathroom. Staff is very friendly.

Toilet door cant be closed or locked. Foyer smells a little too strong.

Some irresponsible people left their food litter near the lift. - 15th floor. Could be after cleaning done

I could early check in which I bring my 3 years old daughter along which make my day.

I do mention would like the room facing sunway lagoon in booking , but the end I got a room facing highway which the room sound insulation quite poor, at the same time I do receive complain from next room which sounds I abuse my child, as parent would understand my feelings when saw our child play plug or danger items, plus my daughter like to cry all the time when the things happen do not like the way she want. She is a good girl but she need time to cool down, It was hard way to control our child cry sound or volume. It will be better separate family guest room and single. The baby cot and aircondition not ready in room as mention in booking. When I arrived I requested a plastic bag to keep my wet towel and shirt from Bell boy, I not sure he do not understand or miss understanding, he keep answering me OK ok I know, than he take my towel and shirt from me and throw into dustbin in front the main door, serious make me speechless.
