Although the hotel itself is looking a bit tired, the room was in very good condition and comfortable.

When I checked in I was informed that the elevator is under maintenance and my room is in the fifth floor. I carried my luggage to the room. The room is perfect, new and clean. Next day at 7:00, heavy construction noise came out. They were renovating the elevator in front of the room. Impressive. I went out and smoke and dust were all over the stairs. Impressive again. All the other floors had some sort of construction tools or rocks on the side. I talked to the receptionist and he promised I’ll get a room in the first floor and it’s new and modern as the one I booked. The room supposed to be ready by the afternoon. I came in the afternoon and I got a different room, second floor in front of the elevator door that is under construction. I talked to the receptionist again and he gave me another room far from the noise. Fair enough, I took the room. The room is old, warm out items, bed is not comfortable, and no air conditioning. Also the door key lock was faulty. I talked to them and they said that we have. So, I spent 3 nights in it. Breakfast is good before 7:30 after that they don’t do prepare much and leftovers are there. The hotel should be declared under construction for health and safety. It’s an old building and walls might have asbestos and this dust is hazardous.

No elevator working so only access via stairs. Wi-fi extremely weak so use of internet very limited. Noisy building work from 7.15am every day waking you up and VERY loud all day. No comfort or refreshment items in room, and very limited availability from reception. Bathroom very small and badly furnished. Everything was uncomfortable - worst hotel stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was one of the reasons we chose it because it was very close to the U-Bahn station. We came on a very hot day, the lack of air conditioning in the room was a bit difficult for us, there was a fan instead, if you come in cooler weather you will not have a problem. We knew that there was no kettle, refrigerator etc. in the room, it was not a problem for us. The room was generally very clean, we did not have any problems with cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were clean. The bathroom was newer than the rest of the room. But I can say that the rooms are old. It could be good if they are renovated. We were pleased with our stay. Thank you.

Very basic hotel, old structure from 50s although fairly well maintained. The room I had was very small and not very clean, there were cobwebs everywhere over the ceiling. On the plus side, the bathroom was new and clean, which is a positive point. The bed was very uncomfortable and too short, I'm 1,73 meters tall and couldn't lie down comfortably. The staff was friendly and another positive point is the position close to U-Bahn station.

There were major snow disruptions to travel in Bavaria. So i had to stay the night in Stuttgart until i could get to München. The hotel has a good location in the city ctr. Its really clean throughout. Very simple. Very basic. Good for 1 night. Would not recommend for a lengthy stay. But not bad at all.

Spent a very enjoyable day in and around this pleasant part of Stuttgart. Great coffee shop opposite the hotel and easy to walk around, either into town or just the decent surroundings of West Stuttgart, Hotel manager very friendly and accomodating. Not the most modern or big rooms you'll find but not an issue when you're staying on a modest budget.

Hotel is centrally located. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Ubahn ( underground) train literally across the hotel around 2 minutes walk from hotel. And city centre is just 3 stops from hotel on the underground train. Also, hotel is just a train ride away to airport costing € 3.70. Route is from Feuersee (Stgt.) to Flughafen/Messe. There are lots of shops, restaurants like Japanese, Thai, Chinese etc., coffee shops, supermarkets near the hotel. Burger King is opposite the Ubahn station. Room cleaning is done everyday, if you don’t want, just tell the cleaners if you’re still around by 10 am onwards or you can put a hanging note on your door. A big thank you to Nazim for the advice and help as I don’t speak German and he doesn’t speak English well but with Google translate we were able to communicate. Television programmes are all in German, no kettle, fridge, aircon or electric fan in room so room is hot during summer even though window was open. But my room is on 2nd floor near the courtyard so it was quiet. Over all, will definitely stay again when in Stuttgart, no doubt about that. Haven’t tried their breakfast so can’t comment.

Loved the view but there was no phone or clock in the room. The breakfast was good, sadly, I am Celiac so I could not sample the great bread rolls served. My complaint is that I was charged for my coffee the first morning I came for breakfast.

Staff were very polite and helpful; looking after our bags when we areived early. Rooms are basic, but spacious. Bed was very comfortable
