    I am extremely disappointed by my family’s recent four-night stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it. Despite booking two rooms and expecting the standard associated with a five-star property, room *** was dirty, poorly maintained, and showed visible signs of mold. This was unacceptable, particularly when travelling with family, and significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. The billing process was equally troubling. At checkout, I was charged US$206.52 for four days of mandatory amenity fees and taxes that had not been clearly disclosed in advance. I then discovered a further unexplained charge of US$219.59 on my credit card, with no notification or supporting explanation from the hotel. A luxury hotel should provide clean, safe accommodations and transparent pricing. Instead, we encountered unacceptable room conditions and confusing charges. The lack of proactive communication and accountability made an already disappointing stay worse. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise other travellers to consider alternative accommodations.

    The hotel is in a fantastic location, but I was surprised to find a $40 daily "Amenity Fee" added to my bill at the end of my 5-night stay. This fee is often separate from the initial booking price, so it can be easy to miss if you aren't looking closely at the fine print. While it may include some credits for dining or Wi-Fi, you are charged regardless of whether you use the services or not. Make sure to factor an extra $40+ tax per night into your budget and ask the front desk for a clear explanation of the benefits during check-in so you can actually make use of them.
