Room is very small. I booked it via Expedia and should be charged euro 129. When I checked my Visa card I got charged euro 204 which is totally wrong. I have to email front desk and hopefully got this fixed. I had dinner in the hotel. Food is only average

Near this hotel. There are Korean & Chinese restaurants & McDonald's & shopping centers & convenient store & etc which you can go within 5 or 10 minutes by walking

Clean and easy check-in. Only a minute walk to the bus stop that takes you down to the center -about 7 miles- where you can catch water taxi’s, gondola rides, and walk the beautiful canals and bridges. The restaurant was delicious and service was great.

Ok. Not easy, because we were astonished. This room was well prepared for people with compulsary cleaning or cleaning devils. When see how much we payed and what we got, there is a big difference. In the past "SHERATON" was a sign of quality. It changed. Breakfast food quality was also not really good. Sorry about this comment, but see only a few pictures:

However, the breakfast falls short of expectations, offering limited choices and lacking options for those with gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, and egg-white preferences. The extra charges for omelettes seem unreasonable. Additionally, there is no in-house laundry service; laundry is outsourced, and the prices are pretty steep. Overall, it's a satisfactory experience with a comfortable stay, though options are limited, and the gym is small.

The rooms are dirty. The staff st the lobby did try to acomodate us. The bathroom are dirty, we change to 2 different room because of the dirty bathroom, smell and dirty bedroom. Friendly staff but definitely they need to supervise teh rooms before customers check in.

Nice hotel. Far from Mestre and further from Venice. In a commercial / industrial area. Very good for at the restaurant. Pleasant staff but they gave partially correct directions.

Our stay was so amazing, the hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the food was very good. I would definitely recommend Four Points Sheraton. Accessible to the train and the bus.
