    The hotel staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was not amazing, but it was balanced and satisfactory. Supermarket in the entrance .The only downside was that it is located little far from Paris center (45-40 min), which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Additionally, the neighborhood is not the best, but it did not feel dangerous.

    Very comfortable location, easy access from Orly airport and quick access to Paris center. Very clean, full kitchen that all worked, big super in the same building, . A lo of power outlets. Stuff is polite and friendly All looks like in the photos. The only minus for me: not comfortable pillows The hotel is slightly tired but all is working and usable

    If staff rating option could exist I would have given negative as one star is also not good in that case. They are worse. Location is the only saving grace — convenient if you rely on public transport. Everything else fell short of basic expectations. Housekeeping was non-existent during our 3-night stay. Despite requesting cleaning at the front desk, we were told it is simply not offered — something that should be clearly communicated at check-in. Staff knowledge was disappointing. Questions about hotel facilities and the surrounding area were met with uncertainty, which made the stay feel unwelcoming. The elevators are a real issue: lifts serving floors 3 and below are out of service. If you are assigned a room on the 3rd floor or lower, you will need to use the stairs. The upper-floor elevators have unusual button configurations, which adds to the confusion. Overall, management needs to address these basic operational issues before this property can be recommended beyond its location.
