    It was a business trip to this hotel. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is very congested. Could not use the basin tap as it has shelf above it which made it difficult to operate the tap. No mirrors in the room except in the bathroom. The hotel is very quite and most of the time the operator is not available. No complimentary water bottles in the room. There is no do not disturb tag or clean my room tag. The house keeping person directly opens the room and cleans the room and makes the bed. As it is in the city centre, there is lots of music playing around till 2am midnight. Very close to Taxsim square and next to shopping stress. The breakfast images as shown in the promotional images while booking the hotel are not the same. For breakfast they take you to another hotel. The breakfast is very basic with two slices of tomatoes, two slices of cucumbers, two sweet cakes, one egg, few breads, jam and butter. All served in one plate, which made me more angry about the breakfast. No taxi goes directly and stops in front of this hotel. They drop you a few distance away from the hotel and we have to carry our heavy luggage to the hotel which was very disappointing.
