    I booked a room for two nights, but when we arrived, the hotel staff told us there was a problem with our room and they would give us a different one for the first night. They promised our original room would be ready the next day by 9 AM. The room they gave us was very small and extremely dirty. The next day, we didn’t receive the key to the new room until 3 PM, even though they said it would be ready by 9 AM. Due to the poor service and the unacceptable condition of the room, we decided to leave the hotel and book another one. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend staying here.
