The hotel was quick to respond And get me anywhere I want In addition to my reception and delivery to my room, which was completely identical to the room that I booked through the site The staff is very friendly Available throughout the day and available to communicate also by phone Room cleanliness is excellent, in addition to daily room service I recommend dealing and will come again

Location is really great.
I have booked a family suite as it was offered for a discount price. But when we got to the hotel they gave tiny room with a window to the ruins. I asked to change my room and the next day they gave me the same size room in a different hotel. I have chosen this hotel for the location and suite they offered but I did not get the latter. Otherwise, I could book the better one for the same price in the same location.
