Honestly, I didn't have high expectations before arriving, but after experiencing it, everything was great, from the clean rooms and comfortable beds to the very helpful and friendly staff

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and other amenities. The rooms aren't overly luxurious, but overall they're decent and equipped with all the basic necessities

Lovely stay, rooms are very comfy and the staff are SUPER. My daughter lost her wallet in Halong bay, Police called the hotel and hotel staff Anh accompanied us until we got her wallet
