    Thanks for the honeymoon arrangements and the living experience is nice and memorable Just some small points that could be improved 1. There's some bad smell on the hallway of 12th floor when come out from elevator. Smell like humidity and not dry enough 2. During breakfast time the seats are not enough when all the ppl dine at the same time

    Thank you for making our stay easy. Staff were very helpful & had a great room with views over Ha Long Bay. Location was just up the hill from the Novotel.

    The hotel is centrally located only a short walk to Sun World and the cable cars. The pool was a lovely temperature, breakfast was good and all the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. Rooms were large and the view of Halong bay was beautiful. Great value for money and would be happy to stay here again.

    It's was a bad stayed in this hotel and they claimed to be a 4* hotel, but it's absolutely not at the level. As we arrived very late at night (4am), the receptionist just recorded the passport and give the key, no further information. The room good and spacious, nice bay view, but the bath do have a pipe leaking when the water drain out, it's sprayed on the floor. We had reported to the receptionist about this matter in the morning, but they didn't fix it or informed us about the issue (lack of communication), we called the reception, they sent housekeeping but they just cleaned it. No proposal to change room. Meals time, only breakfast serve, no dinner in both restaurants is served, they switch one to other, or room service. (It's low season? Or lack of staff? No information gave about it, even in room messaging). Amenities are good, providing as need. In room information, lack of information as mentioned above, missing timings for each facilities, no TV information about the hotel. WIFI no need password to connect, dangerous, can be hacking any connection of each guests from outside. Next day breakfast time, we sat on table of 4...and 2 others guests came to sit as for them it's normal. So it's like a cantina, they don't assigned a table, just take the voucher then we choose the table. The hotel himself is very old, despite the good location view, but it's face to Valley Beach Club, which is playing very loud music until late at night, so good for the night owl, but for relaxing avoid it. In general: • Old infrastructure. • Sense of details not follow up. • Hospitality of the team lack of training, and manners, must be reviewed. Specially for a multilingual location. • Lack of information. To finish the Saigon Halong hotel 4* as they claimed is not as level as a 4* hotel should be.
