Sai Gon Ha Long Hotel is a beautiful property. We had an ocean view room and it was delightful. Sun World is within walking distance, as is the night market. The staff is wonderful. Dat, who works with the hotel reception went out of his way to help and support us. He arranged for a car to drop us back to Hanoi and also checked on us on the way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. Dat, if you're seeing this, thank you. People like you make travelling easy, especially for women!

Our stay was made a great pleasure by Hoàng Anh. He organised a speedy check in and also a fantastic cruise to see the famous sites. A great service that made our stay so enjoyable.

Ein asiatisches Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lies. Die Frühstückszeit von 06.00 bis 09.00 Uhr ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Die Warmwassertemperatur in den Bädern der Hotelzimmer beträgt ca. 35 bis 40°C. Das ist zu gering und gefährlich. Es kann zur Bildung von Legionellen Bakterieren kommen. Eine Mindesttemperatur des WW-Wassers von 60 bis 65°C sollte vorgegeben werden. Leider stand das Technische Managment nicht für ein Gespräch zur Verfügung. Es konnten nur die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption über den Umstand informiert werden. Dieser Umstand ist gefährlich und gleichbedeutend als wenn ich verdorbenen Fisch- oder Wurstprodukte auf das Frühstücksbüffee legen würde. Hier besteht Handlungsbedarf.
