    It was a very pleasant stay here, the room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was strategic. If I go to Halong again, I will definitely stay here again.

    Our stay at Palette Collect’s Boutique Hotel in Ha Long was absolutely wonderful. The property has such a warm, elegant, and peaceful vibe, with beautifully designed interiors and very comfortable rooms. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully curated, making the experience feel truly boutique and special. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the receptionist, Ha. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Her warmth and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She assisted us with everything so patiently and made our experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also very convenient, close to cafes, restaurants, and attractions around Ha Long. The cleanliness, ambience, and attention to detail throughout the hotel were impressive. A big thank you to Ha and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily recommend Palette Collect’s Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Ha Long and would love to stay here again in the future.

    The facilities were nice. Room spacious. Unfortunately, it was a in a terrible location near some discos. So there was technopop music with a strong pounding bass all night long. If you like to dance all night this is the hotel for you. Nice and quiet in the daytime.
