    I stayed at Ramada with my mother and the service here was exceptional. Services were quick and the place was clean and hygienic. We were given full support on falling sick and booking extention with no additional charges. Team there and their managements is fab.

    the Gym was very bad with broken equipments causing health and safety hazard. i made complaint also to Hotel staff! Breakfast was also not very good! the rooms were ok but the mattress were bad

    Our stay was average and did not meet our expectations. We had specifically opted for a connecting room, but upon arrival we were informed that the hotel does not have any connecting rooms at all, which was disappointing and misleading. The room also had several maintenance issues. There was no bedside switch on one side of the bed, and the switch on the other side was not functioning. An iron was not provided in the room and had to be requested. The bathroom did not have a bath mat, causing the floor to become slippery and wet. Although we requested one, it was never provided. We also requested additional bath towels, but they took an unusually long time to arrive. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a decent variety and quality. Overall, the service and facilities did not justify our expectations. In my opinion, the hotel offers an experience closer to a 3-star property or below rather than a higher-rated hotel.
