Worst Sarovar experience ever, never gonna use Sarovar at all.

Room was not clean, no ventilation in the room, pathetic service, they mentioned minibar is available yet its empty and when i asked them to refill they said the service is not available anymore. The room felt like a cheap 2 star hotel room. Not even justified the 20% of the charges.

Services and rooms are not Typical sarovar portico kind

Outdoor and lobby area is beautiful and presentable Restaurant and food options good.looks like a 5 star property. Restaurant and dinning staff was very polite and humble. Food is delicious with good vegetarian options. Folk music along the dining area is soothing.

First impression is the last impression. Among 2-3 sarovar properties i found this one very average and disappointing as sarvar portico is upto the mark at other properties. poor room designs, poor room service, rooms are small and not lucrative, small washrooms ,beds smaller and not as per the premium category. Average bedding. Used glasses and bottle wer not removed. Over all not a value for money as per comparison to other sarovar properties.Premium Room luks like a non Star rating hotel or general small hotels. Boys at front desk shows no hospitality and found very casual ,not explaining the stay facilities properly,

The stay was very good. The hotel is pleasant and centrally located. The staff was very friendly. I didn't try the hotel food because I was always out and about very early. The only thing I recommend about this hotel is that the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. It was like a tantrum.

Good hotel but not soundproofed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped, including a dental kit. It was very clean, with a comfy, large bed. Socket near the bed, both sides.

The biggest problem with this hotel is the lack of soundproofing. We could easily hear our neighbors watching TV, walking upstairs, and talking in the corridor. During our four-day stay, there were two nights when someone hosted a party, and we couldn’t sleep as a result. The breakfast options were very basic. For non-Indian guests, the only choices available were toast with jam, an omelet, or cereal.

not very far from the train stattion, is youbook through Ubar ricksaw would be 60inr and car 150 inr + Barkfast was veyr good wide choice of food to cover all

bed sheet had not been done had hair on them and had to call them to get them re-done, no safe in the room i stye in image on the booking.com are not as what imaged

Short and comfortable stay!

Hotel Staff adjusted to our request of providing us with an extra bed as all the beds were Queen Size, and it was difficult to adjust with grown up Kids on a queen size bed. Head Chef Mr. Subrot Roy was very kind and personally took feedback during the breakfast and helped in arranging food with no chilies for my Kids which really helped during stay!

All beds are Queen Sized, this should reflect on web site while making booking.

ペットボトルの水を補充してくれたりしてスタッフの対応が良い、フロントの対応も良かった朝食も美味しく頂けたメトロの駅まで歩いて行けるのでメインの観光スポットまで渋滞なしで往復できる
