Good place with a good restaurant, good staff, and nice location

A cozy and welcoming hotel, but with a few service issues

The hotel is very welcoming and cozy. The staff is beyond helpful and kind. Everyone from the front desk workers to the restaurant/bar workers were exceptionally kind and helpful. Given how chaotic Jaipur can be, the hotel was a nice oasis to return to. The air conditioning works well. The rooms have a lot of thoughtful space and design worked into them. The rooftop bar/restaurant was great!

The hand soap bottle in the bathroom had a dislodged pump and a black hair attached to it. I simply used the shower body wash whenever I needed to wash my hands and never looked at the bottle again. The room attendant staff was overbearing. Even when I put a “do not disturb” sign on my door to not be woken up by room service, they still rang the bell to wake me up before quickly walking away. The check-out time is clearly stated as 12, but the second that the clock turned 11 the front desk started calling me to tell me it was check out time. When I went downstairs to check out, they asked me to wait so that their housecleaning crew could check the room and make sure I didn’t consume any of the snacks or water bottles they leave on offer in the room so that they could charge me for it. I’ve never been told to wait while a staff checks the room when trying to check out of a hotel before, and it felt like a very cheap trick. The WiFi quit working one night, but was promptly fixed. The shower would fill up with water and cover my feet as I showered, not draining properly.

Our room was in-front of the fire exit and there were lot of noise made by the staff late at night . Be weary of the hotel cab drivers as they try to extort as much money as possible.

Used the Banquet area for the daily breakfast. The staff were to causal and not attentive to guest needs. The food counter was often running out supplies due to limited quantity put up and it took reminders for staff to replenish.

Ok but not excellent as expected from sarovar group.

The tea/coffee maker was not working. Late night music from neighbours. My credit card was charged Re. 1 before my arrival, not expected. The website says free service of taxi from airport, which was later declined. That was one of the reason for booking. If the hotel do not provide such facility, it should be removed.
