A little noise outside when employees were talking late at night as it echoed out. But not too bad

Location of the property and look of the property
1.The buffet breakfast spread.
2.No buffet spread for dinner , very limited options were there for alacarte
3.It was noisy in the night.
4.Spa wasn't good, tried to have foot massage but the expert couldn't offer just a foot massage. You should have without shoulder and head massage, had to drop the idea.
5. It wasn't a value for money

Beautiful palace full of history. Room was just unreal
Nothing all good

The hotel deserves the name "Heritage", a very authentic hotel.
Few of the staff know English. Breakfast is adapted to the majority of domestic guests. The rooms have very little daylight.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and restaurant.
The rooms were comfortable but smaller and different than what I saw in the picture for the room when booking.

This was a very cute boutique hotel. It had alot of charm and ambiance. The pool in the center is very nice. We did the breakfast buffet each morning and it was really good, there was lots of variety. The rooms were nice, had a safe, closet, good amount of plugs. If you want a hair dryer you do have to ask for one.
We did have to ask twice to bring more toilet paper would be nice if there were extras in the room. Also had to ask twice for the hair dryer.

Beautiful property, nice location, highly helpful and professional staff and service.
1.The room was meant for three but weren’t prepared to accommodate a third person.
2. Toiletries like soap and towels weren’t enough for three people.
3. Rooms and wardrobes were infested with cockroaches.
4. We also had an incident with the swimming pool. The staff was incredibly helpful but there was no one trained to handle pool-related emergencies. There was no first-response team or experts for life-threatening situations. The hotel didn’t have a doctor or access to vehicles or an ambulance to transport patients to the nearby hospital. Shockingly, one of the car operators refused to take the unconscious patient to the hospital. We had to use a public three-wheeler with the help of very helpful staff. We were fortunate to have such helpful staff; otherwise, it could have been a disaster.

Very pretty hotel and the breakfast was great
We arrived just before 7pm (the pool closes at 7 usually) and they said they’d keep it open for us to swim, so we changed and came back down and they’d already closed it even when we asked they said it was closed.
Very noisy at night, other guests roaming the halls and seemingly moving furniture around?
Delicious food but did give both of us upset stomachs both times we ate there!

Visited the hotel for a local wedding. Beautiful heritage hotel with pool and many amenities. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and help foreigners discover Jaipur

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff treated me like royalty, helping with every query and concern. A real character to the room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, amazing pool area.
There was a puppet show in the courtyard area which was pretty pushy in selling me a performance. Wouldn't suit an introvert.

Lavish breakfast at restaurant Rangreeza and pristine clean hotel.
Due to rainy weather the streets nearby were water logged and muddy.

The property is exactly like the pictures, so gorgeous! The bathroom facilities are great, and the shower was excellent! The restaurant was really nice and the staff were so friendly and hospitable
The bar closes at 11pm, which isn’t a major issue but other than that everything was great!

The location is perfect, near the City Center. The restaurant was quite nice and the staff was very courteous. Food was good.
All of the staff especially the front office staff was really rude. Not willing to help at all. They gave us the tiny room and we requested if we can pay more and upgrade but they said there were no rooms available. Upon looking at booking availability for the same day, we could see that there were still bigger rooms available.
There is literally no sound proofing and you can hear everything from other rooms. There were guests making guests shouting in the hall way and the staff was not doing anything about that. When we complained that there was a big party adjacent to our room making extreme loud noises after 1 am, the staff didn’t do anything about. We had to take action by ourselves and shut that down.
The staff needs serious training. The place is not a palace, it’s a palace theme. Place needs a refresh.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND IT! At the same price we found a much nicer place in the same neighbourhood.

on arrival we were given an upgrade. Undoubtedly the room was lovely, large too, gorgeously decorated. The whole property is lovely and clean and has been maintained well.
although we were given an upgrade which we were grateful for, the room was so noisy. That in part was due to other very inconsiderate guests, talking, singing, shouting at all hours in hallways, in rooms and with their doors open, oblivious to the fact there are other guests who don’t want to hear their voice constantly! However the rooms are absolutely not soundproofed as listed, the property given the design is very echoey. There was also a puppet show next to the pool where the guy uses a hand drum. It goes on for hours from early evening to about 10pm and no one was watching. Unfortunately my partner was very poorly and was trying to sleep, we were in our room from very early on 2 nights and I thought I was going insane from the noise from the drummer, other guests and also the fact our room was ground floor and pool facing, guests kept sitting outside our room windows having drinks (no fault of theirs, but a design flaw and just meant we had an irritating and non restful stay). As mentioned my partner was very poorly, so much so I asked the hotel to call a doctor at around midnight. I believe it was the night manager who attended to us, and tried to help, but there was no doctor available to come. We asked for directions to a pharmacy the next morning (very early) and were told generally where a pharmacy could be found (a taxi journey away). I did feel the hotel could have done a bit more to help here, even more specific directions as we trailed around a lot of closed pharmacies and ended up going to a hospital pharmacy to get urgent medication. Aside from night manager and restaurant staff, the staff at the hotel were pretty disinterested in helping guests or even acknowledging them when guest asked a question from our experience.

The staff (who spoke no English) were willing but poorly trained. The location. The general faxcilities.
The hotel is not managed effectively. We paid twice the rate that the Indians paid. My local friend was horrified at the rate we paid. The staff were keen to help could speak no English. I managed through perseverence to get fried eggs etc for breakfast and tea etc which is what you expect if you are paying £200 night. It would be so simple to transform this hotel into the perfect boutique hotel but I can't see why anyone would return at the prices charged.

Room was amazing, so clean and smelt lovely. Bathroom was the highlight, best we have had in India so far. Location was good, near to the station and only a short tuk-tuk ride from everywhere you needed to go. Pool looked nice, but didn’t use. The choice and breakfast was great and everything seemed very clean.
Went up to the spa to have a look, the guy at the desk was extremely pushy and almost dismissed us when we said we would come back later. When I did, he said I would have to WhatsApp to book, and wouldn’t let me book in the a actual spa. Rude when I spoke to him.

The staff were amazing, we were able to check in slightly early, and they took care of anything we needed. Especially staff round the pool checking if we needed drinks/snacks. Great experience all around.
The pool was only open 8-8, I would have liked it to be open longer so I could swim after dinner/in the evenings.its also slightly further out than I thought, but as long as you don't drive in rushour only takes 15m to get into the old town.

Nice decoration and very emphatic dinning room staff that makes our stay wonderful
We have been pressured to book taxis with the hotel and we don’t liked.
The checkin experience could be improved due to they give us the keys without detail on wifi, breakfast/dinning schedule…
