Good base for a short stay in Jaipur.

There was a relaxed vibe in the hotel and the colonial ambiance is nice. Breakfast was also good!

The pool looked better in the pictures. Not to sure about the location.

Good personel, dissapointing room

Good location and good personnel

Room was spacious and was nicely decorated. However there was a damp smell. We localized the smell coming from mold in one of the cabinets.... it was not comfortabel to sleep in this smell but we managed. We did mention this to them and they will fix it. It is honestly not acceptable for the price.

A delightful small heritage hotel

A beautiful small family-owned heritage hotel. We were upgraded to a lovely, private and quiet room with a private outside space. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed two delicious and great value evening meals. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were super helpful, the restaurant food was lovely. Staff member Rajendra was so helpful arranging trips and restaurant bookings for us. His concierge skills are fantastic! Thank you.

A peaceful oasis

Lovely cooling swimming pool. The hotel was away from main roads so was quite quiet and restful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and chatty. Our room was of a good size and plenty of storage. Bed was large and comfortable. This room would be quite cool in the summer. Restaurant food was very good though we did eat out a couple of times.

Travel into centre was always very busy, but we took the nearby metro which was quicker, cheap and a bit more comfortable.

Great value for money!

Our rooms were beautifully decorated, an authentic boutique feel to the whole place. They were clean, very large comfy beds, quiet - all the things you need. The communal areas had some wonderful heritage furniture and interesting items.

Lovely heritage hotel with great staff easy access to beautiful Jaipur

The traditional indian look and feel. Very quiet and very clean. Great staff who assisted with everything we needed. The two hotel turtles!

Everything was great! The hotel is not in the centre of town but you can get everywhere with a short tuk tuk, which were easy to get just outside the hotel gates.

Beautiful place, spacious room and great restaurant

We had a great stay. The room was huge, comfortable, and beautifully designed - unusual décor, a cozy library, and a gorgeous closet with a safe inside. We also loved the restaurant; the food was excellent, making the stay even better.

The only downside was the behavior of one young manager who came across as arrogant, almost rude, but it’s important to note this was an exception; everyone else was friendly, polite, and very helpful.

Highly recommended!

Dera Rawatsar is a high-end stylish heritage hotel in a quiet part of Jaipur. Spacious and elegant rooms with very comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good restaurant, we loved the Rajasthani dishes on the menu. A classic hotel breakfast is included in the room price. I have visited Jaipur several times but this was the first time I stayed at Dera Rawatsar. I will come back, this is my new favorite in Jaipur.

A boutique heritage experience, for those seeking a quiet and relaxed getaway.

Spacious room and large beds. We were upgraded to the Superior Room. Quiet neighbourhood with a peacock perched outside our window ledge. Breakfast was a decent spread and eggs were made to order. The overall food quality was very good and there were many options. ACs and fans were provided in the room, but were not really required. The owners personally enquired about our stay and gave some nice tips for shopping. Service was prompt and warm.

No elevator, so had to walk up and down two floors. Since my wife had a ligament injury, it was a challenge. Hot water in the evenings in the bathroom was a concern. Other than a swimming pool and cafeteria, there were no other facilities for the family. No open areas to walk around.

Really enjoyed the stay. The hotel harks back to a bygone era. The rooms are well appointed in a traditional Indian style. The staff are attentive and very friendly

The location is slightly close to the main road with some traffic noise audible through the room doors at night. Water pressure is on the low side.

Relaxing Stay in small intimate heritage hotel near Jaipur Center.

It is a wonderful heritage building lovingly restored and maintained. The room was exceptionally spacious, bathroom modern and bright. The little enclosed balcony was a real treat.

Comfortable and quiet hotel

The hotel is quiet and set in an enclosed courtyard which is a nice relief from the crazy road traffic. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the food is good and they have live musicians playing in the restaurant/bar area in the evening which is great! Pool was lovely.

The room we stayed in had lukewarm/sometimes cold water for the shower.

A Quiet Oasis in Jaipur

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in process was great and speedy. The room was lovely and much bigger than expected. The property is a quiet and calm oasis in busy Jaipur. Added bonus of a pool as well (although we didn’t have the time to use) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and sorry we didn’t stay longer.

As a whole we liked the place.

Staff and arrangements were done exceptionally well.

I wanted 3 deluxe rooms but got two deluxe and one super deluxe room. Super deluxe room was 10k more than the deluxe room but room had nothing extra except little larger than the deluxe . It is not the value for money.

Highly recommended

Beautiful old villa, a haven of quietness behind a busy bus station. The pool is great for a quick dip after or before sightseeing. We got a room upgrade and stayed in a large, spotlessly clean suite with all amenities and the most comfortable beds I ever slept in :-) Staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet plentiful with many Indian and Western choices. Would definitely book again!

Excellent stay and very friendly staff. Location is a 15min ride to Hawa Mahal, so was very convenient for us.

LOVE this place.

EVERYTHING. I love everything about this hotel, the room, the staff, the food. It's located in a rather quiet area of the city, and it feels peaceful and safe here. It's around 10 mins drive away from the Pink City. Our room comes with a balcony, which is very chill and relaxing. The thing I love the most is the staff here, everyone is so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with warm help, and always ready to help. The food they make is also good, home made and authentic. I can't recommend this place enough for people visiting Jaipur.

Lovely heritage hotel, with wonderful kind staff

Beautiful property with very tastfully decorated rooms. Also, the rooms were spotless. Nice refreshing pool after a day of sightseeing in hot and sticky Jaipur. Breakfast was good. We also had dinner and lunch once. Both were very tasty and plentiful. All staff were so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful stay in Jaipur

Dera Rawatsar is the place to stay if you are in Jaipur. This is a heritage house with a long history. The decor of the house and room were tastefully done. The bed was super kingsize and was very comfortable. We slept very well for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, right from the security guard to the cook. The breakfast was great with masala chai or latte. The location is behind a very busy road, so it is very quiet. There is a small pool good enough to dip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this small heritage hotel.

Hotel did make Pure Veg jain breakfast for us. Owners they stay at the same hotel and are very caring and warm. They took excellent care of us during our stay. Will surely stay here again during my next visit.

They could’ve checked the platform of our train arrival for our pick-up from the station, now we had to walk 15mins to another exit.

A good choice in Jaipur.

Excellent staff who were very attentive. They kindly let me extend my stay a few hours to accommodate my late flight. Nice pool but very shallow. Very fair price for beer!

The tiles in the shower are very slippy. Great care needed not to fall.
