    The manager and the staff at the hotel are very customer centric. I was there for a limited time, but the way they greeted and handled all my concerns is commendable. I hope they get all the support they need. Overall a good budget hotel.

    Received Room No- 410 Which they declare - Royal Delux But actually it's not a royal Deluxe room. You can check the actual images I have attached and the displayed image in Agoda. Damaged bedsheet and damaged sofa and AC point damaged. Every night 3-4 times powercut. ( I stayed from 15 Aug - 17 Aug). Staff refused to change the bedsheet also as it was already damaged when I did check in. @Agoda - Kindly highlight the actual image of hotels according to room catagory. If there are 4 catagory of hotels . Then there must be 4 catagory of hotel pictures including room no.

    I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent stay at this hotel. The images they show on their website and other booking platforms are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality. The rooms are dirty, latches are broken, and the overall ambiance is unpleasant. I booked this hotel with my family, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we faced was a nightmare. The room was nothing like the pictures, and the staff was unhelpful. We had to struggle with broken latches, dirty linens, and poor maintenance. Also, i complained this to Agoda customer service but didn't get any single help from them. I decided not to stay there still i didn't get any refund from Owner side as i booked 2 rooms. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel and look for better options. The management needs to take responsibility for their deceitful practices and improve their services.
