    Rooms are clean and got that royal ambience we booked for royal room but upgraded to there suite …which was just incredible …cost efficient… hotel’s staff were helpful and nice … and hotel’s manager she is a real gem…great experience highly recommended … and location is apt for all major attractions

    We booked a room for 2 nights, but I felt dissatisfied because we received a room that was not clean. The toilet bowl has stains, and the room is quite dusty, including the bedsheets. The room also has a bad smell. In addition, the food we ordered had a smell (smelling of chicken) and there are many foods that are not available (there are many options were on the menu). We asked to change the kettle because it had old rust, but we received the same kettle. The process of changing rooms does not take too long, but we accept rooms that are not clean as well. We request from you to upgrade your housekeeping system because it is not worth it for us to pay if we get a room that is not clean.
