The property needs renovation. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and all the furniture needs to be replaced.

Great location!

Very conveniently located near key city attractions including Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and markets. Restaurant is very good. Staff is super helpful. Laundry is available as well via an external provider (arranged by the hotel). Family room was spacious with AC and hot water. Wifi worked very good as well.

Hotel is going through renovation but that didn’t really affect much. Depending on which side the room is, the road noise can be somewhat disturbance. One of the family rooms had a small issue with a few ants but staff was quick to provide best mitigation possible.

It was just fair.

buffet breakfast facility was good. The location is near to market palce and hawa mahal. So we could walk to Hawa Mahal and do street shopping as well on the way.

Room service was slow. We called the room service twice in a day to get the dustbin emptied. No one came. Ultimately, had to physically go to the reception and inform that we need the bins emptied, then they sent a person along to do it. In room dining service is also slow. Instead of handwash, soap bar was provided which didn't even lather well.

We loved our stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly, and location was convenient. The pool was amazing!

It’s not that a wow place but just good for 2 nights as the rooms are pretty small

Located on the main road close to roadside shopping

Except for the waiters in the restaurant the rest were very rude but it was a hassle to check in they take a long time. They need to have a proper English speaking receptionist. The minor staff especially the ones cleaning were scolding the guests for walking out of their rooms for breakfast😒

Waste of money

Only the food in the hotel was good.

The room was extremely small, I think it was the smallest room I got. After paying 2.5k, the room should have enough space to at least keep a suitcase properly. There was no table/chair, only a dressing table. The cupboard shelves were too small. The lid of the dustbin wasn't opening, unless I opened it with my hands. The towels were not clean. Overall, a terrible experience.

great location right at the center of jaipur

We stayed here for 4 nights, so the virsat mahal quickly felt like home to us during our stay in jaipur. the first night we checked into a room in which the ac did not work, and the staff kindly relocated us to a room of similar size/value that had a working ac. the room was very comfortable and big enough to feel like more than just a hotel room, but like an apartment. the bathrooms are less than luxurious, but you come to expect this after traveling for so long. there are very heavy traffic sounds coming from just outside, as the hotel is on a main street. it does die down a bit late at night, but it also resumes very early in the morning. we were okay with this, but perhaps for someone who has difficulty falling asleep with loud noises.. this may not be the right choice. the staff was very helpful, arranging tuk tuks for us a few times at very fair prices. it is walking distance to many great restaraunts and sites as well; the hawa mahal is literally around the corner. (and a fantastic bakery across the street)

Superb

Hotel staff were really helpful. Boarding point of my bus to Delhi was confusing so they helped me to call the bus company and asked them. Also they told the taxi driver exactly where to drop me and made sure the price was reasonable. Without their help it would be difficult for me to communicate with both the bus company and taxi driver. So big big thanks to them!

Great Stay at Virasat Mahal Heritage Hotel - Worth the Money

We had a lovely stay-rooms are clean & common areas are also clean. The staff was kind and accommodating and helped us arrange for our laundry to be done, book a driver back to Delhi, and helped up make a call to Japan Airlines in New Delhi due to a scheduling change we needed to make. Anytime we needed anything, the staff was there to assist us. Upon check-in, they showed us two different rooms that we could choose from which was very nice of them. The room was clean, the water was hot (remember you must turn on the water heater ~5 min before you wish to shower), and the bed was comfortable after a long day. The air conditioner was cold and Wifi worked well enough to stream Netflix from our laptop in the evenings. There are a few good ATM's just across the hotel and a short walk past local vendors has you at Hawa Mahal. Their breakfast buffet is simple but you can also order an egg omelet and they'll have it ready in ~10 min. Remember, this is India so you will hear noise from the street during the day/evening hours. For a budget hotel, this is worth the money.

The hotel echo's due to the indoor atrium/courtyard. Expect to hear noise, this is India after all.
