I found the room to be clean, comfortable, and very good value, with a generously sized double bed. The hotel sits in a quiet but central location, close to the train station, a fuel station, and a nearby McDonald’s. The availability of a paid car park adds convenience for guests travelling by car. That said, the exterior of the building would benefit from some refurbishment, and the back of the property requires better maintenance to keep it cleaner. Additionally, my stay coincided with a management transition, during which both the restaurant and bar were closed. This meant there were no on‑site food or beverage options available, which affected the overall experience.

It’s a nice cosy place to stay and just a 5 minute walk from the train station. The pillows are very thick though, and the room took quite a while to warm up

We were recently at Belvilla Crewe city hotel for 10 days. Thats a long stay, i got to observe the hotel, service and staff in detail. We had made booking online, unfortunately i forgot to put both me and my husband’s name in the booking, i requested multiple times to add his name, i needed it for something. They did not listen to it at all. Although its impossible when they could do it easily while preparing the invoice. Most of the staff was friendly but on the day of our check out it was raining and we were waiting for our ride with our 6 month old child, they made us sit in lobby with all our luggages waiting for the ride. Cleanliness is an issue, despite hanging the sign outside staff would not come for cleaning and i could not wait sitting in room for that i was there for a purpose so i had to leave. Overall not a good experience
