Shout out to the staff Amber annd Teeuw and Blessy, very accommodating and friendly staff, made
our stay comfortable. We unfortunately had a bad experience with the manager Nina , who had made us uncomfortable and had insulted us during our second day breakfast ( we came in 20
minutes before closing which was at 9:40,
so my husband decided to get foods enough for us to eat and enjoy it / placed on our table so the dining staff can clean up at 10). Nina, saw us still eating at 10 and said in an unfriendly voice and statement , "Don't
you know we close at 10? with a tone as if if we were ignorant. We didn't say a word.
We already had food on our table enough to enjoy breakfast. Did she mean we had to
devour all the foods in 15 minutes/ right at 10 and be done ? We travel twice a year in different countries and this is our first bad experience.
Teeuw, after we told him our bad experience tried so hard to apeace us and helped us in exploring Haarlem.
Amber / front desk was lively and charming and very helpful.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, delicious breakfast with good options.
Second time to stay here on a trip.
Hopefullly will update rooms at some point, but very comfortable & clean. Highly recommend
$$$$
