    Hotel well located (right in the central market) and price is good. However, the steps are quite deep and the room is very small (with basic facilities). The shared shower room is also very small and the shower water is difficult to control (either too hot or too cold)

    Free parking was advertised on the info page, yet we had to park 5 minutes away. Staff was neither helpful nor friendly, and also caused a massive delay in check-in due to the individual at the reception not being able to recueve the city tax payment without supervision.
