The favourite things we liked was the friendliness of the staff. Special thanks to Wouter and Patrick. The location was incredible. To be in one of the oldest streets of historic Haarlem was fantastic.

I loved the location and the room. The room had lots of charm. I appreciated the bottle of wine.
I was disappointed in the breakfast. I was expecting a very good one.

The location was great, and the bed was comfortable.
The shower smelled bad (pipes?), the window was propped open with a horizontal 2X4 extending into the room, and the whole bathroom setup was weird.
