Great location. Nice room and beds. Staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator and wide stairs are unusual for Haarlem 😊

Lovation
Bells ringing every night for along long time, same five notes! I was sleeping after a day of travel, very annoyed hearing bells wake me up.
Also did not like artificial fragrance pumped throughout hotel, nasty. Found hotel too expensive for what I got.
