    The hotel is in an exceptional location; the front of house staff are excellent and very amenable; the room was clean, the bed comfy, the shower strong; the lobby is exceptional with a grand staircase. The room was in parts quite tired - thinking of the firniture - which does need more tlc or an upgrade for the prices being charged.

    The location of this hotel is excellent, and the staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. There are many restaurants close by, and it’s walkable to the main train station in Haarlem. There is a kettle and pod-style coffeemaker, along with some coffee pods in the room. There is also a small fridge. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The hotel offers a green stay program for stays of two or more nights. Each day that you do not get housekeeping services (put the sign on your door), you are given a card to claim for a drink (nonalcoholic options included) in the hotel bar for that evening. We really enjoyed this perk. We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others looking for accommodation in Haarlem.

    Love our room with views towards the church, great location with nice food and drinks offerings. Everything is just around the corner, cafes bakery restaurants 👍🏻
