    This quaint botique hotel is located right in the heart of old town Haarlem. Convenient to everything from shopping to dining to tourist attractions. Their staff is wonderful- very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

    I stayed here on Halloween evening and was incredibly disappointed. My room was on the first floor and had an ant problem. Ants in the sink...I even found one on my bed. It definitely could have been worse than ants but I still didn't feel like it was clean. The placement of the toilet was absurd, incredibly small space between it and the shower. The room was very outdated. And because it was Halloween, the hotel rented out their party room so there was a massive (publicly ticketed) party on the ground with music that could be heard easily into my room. I was offered earplugs which did help muffle the noise but did not help with feeling the vibrations of the music! Staff was kind, I do not blame them, I blame management. At the *very* least they could have offered guests entry to the party since sleeping was almost impossible anyway! My only saving grace was I got in late and left before 5am to get to the airport so I didn't have to spend much time there.
