Station Hotel Aberdeen

Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area.

Interesting bulding. It has been updated quite a bit but still has old building features. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet. It was perfect for just stepping off the train late in the day.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay great. The property needs some work. The location is ideal.

Situated right opposite the train station and an easy walk to the bus station and the ferry terminal. The staff were really helpful especially as we arrived far too early to check in. We were able to leave our bags in a locked room and also on our last day after check-out. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous...and extremely clean. We decided to have the High Tea which was really good value and as we wanted an early meal the timing suited us 100% (3-6pm - I think). We didn't have breakfast as we had an early appointment but we were able to order hot beverages from the restaurant after checkout to keep us going until our ferry departure. We would definitely return next time we're in Aberdeen.
