This is a great hotel, central to transport and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast and value for money. The only let down was the lack of complimentary beverages in the rooms. We had a kettle, sugar sachets and coffee. This is where tea drinks miss out. I had to take teabags from the restaurant to our room. Also had to keep asking for a jug of milk at the hotel lobby bar as again no milk for tea/coffee.

Nice large rooms! Staff pretty good at front desk. Bar staff was nice (except on blonde kid that was loud and bossy!) he seems to have been making drink samples but was very condescending to the other staff. Location good, it in the high tourist area though. But the trains were nearby and used often.
