Abbey Court

Very basic, poor selection. The whole breakfast experience would be fine for a 2 star but not what you would expect at this hotel, it was the only letdown for me during my stay.

Breakfast is poor, food warm not hot. Fried eggs presented at counter were not cooked properly as they appeared under cooked so I asked for two flipped fried eggs whenbthe bew eggs arrived they were inedible even the girl serving the food came back and asked were they ok I asked for scrambled eggs in stead whick came ot inedible as well so for breakfast I had cereal and toast. When leaving the breakfast area a manager asked was everything ok I told her the issues I encountered she said tgat wea unacceptable and asked our room number. When checking out reception didn’t even ask if everything was ok ( we had paid in advance so there was no bill on checking out) we were disappointed it appeared that tge manager hadn’t passed on our issue

Absolutely fabulous

We were surprised that our room wasn't ready for us, the bed sheets were all over the floor. We had to go to reception to tell them the room was not ready, they then gave us another room. I think the quality of the furniture was very poor for the price we paid. Also the shower was out of date and not suitable for showing. I was very disappointed with these facilities. We decided that we did not want to stay there, we asked for a refund none was given. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It spoilt our holiday. I would welcome your feedback.
