    Recently stayed at Bonsella Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and had a very pleasant experience. The location was perfect—within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and local markets. It made exploring the city very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although it wasn't very large, it had everything I needed, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff did a great job. The breakfast offered a good selection of Vietnamese and Western dishes. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits. I will come back on this hotel next year. Thank you.

    They will be nice to you once you booked in agoda with quick responce when u asked. but afterwards you stayed in there place the staff in am is ok but not in pm staff very impolite. I was asking for water at night because my sister is sick and need to be hydrated. he will give you but he will scold you. For paying *** for 2 rooms 2 nyts in executive suite are not worth the price. even its a 3 star hotel. this is only my honest reviews and experience when i stayed.
