    There were seven of us that all had our own rooms. 7 Lads in between motorcycle adventures. As always there is a Language Barrier and confusion, however the staff were very helpful in resolving any issues.

    Luv the spacious room n decor. Great location n staff was friendly n easy communication with them. Gg back for another 2 nights stay after back fm Sapa. Highly recommended💯👍

    I stayed here on a girls trip. Safe, comfortable, great staff, amazing location. Mostly everything in Hanoi is walkable from this place. Rooms were small, and the city view wasn't great, but I wouldn't complain.

    The location was not too bad but be careful you may be ripped off at the last moment. We booked for two nights and then went to Halong Bay for two days, then came back to this hotel for two more nights. Last day morning we had our breakfast, checked out and waited for our booked taxi at Lobby for about 30 minutes. We said “Thank you”to the door man by dropping him some tips and left the remaining for the driver then got into the car being ready off to the airport before someone opened the door and told us there was a bill that had not been settled. But we never touched anything from the minibar which I also told the staff before we went to Halong Bay. And after we came back from Halong Bay and rechecked into this hotel we didn’t touch anything in the minibar, either. I argued that even if I hadn’t some unsettled bills why didn’t they talk to us after we came back from the Bay! Why didn’t they talk to us while we were waiting at the Lobby until we got into our taxi and ready to go! I paid and signed for the “unsettled bill”. What could I do otherwise while the taxi driver was yelling angrily and we may miss our flight in the peak hours. One more annoying thing was that we made two bookings, two nights in each booking but we were given 4 different rooms, which meant every morning we had to pack up our luggage and move into a different room after we come back from a tiring day. We had no idea of why this happened. So, all of these above are enough to ruin your mood for a holiday! My suggestion is that after you check into and before you check out your room you’d better take a photo of your minibar and reiterate to the front desk that you haven’t touched any items in the minibar.
