    This was our first time to Hanoi and our first hotel. It is in a convenient location and within walking distance to so many things. The hotel and staff were amazing. The breakfast meal was exceptional. Their egg coffee was just as good as the cafes outside. Their chicken pho was even better than the Michelin places we visited. The noodles were so fresh. Even better is that this hotel didn’t charge us the additional surcharge for using our credit card to book tours or pay for massage. Highly recommend and we would come back in a heartbeat!

    I stayed here over the weekend and wasn’t informed that the roads would be closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, making it very difficult to get around by car. The lobby smelled strongly of incense, which gave me a headache. The hotel is also quite small for the price, and I’ve stayed at better places for less. The staff kept messaging me on WhatsApp after I booked, which felt excessive. The biggest issue was that I clearly told the reception not to clean my room because I had many personal belongings inside. Even though I couldn’t find the “Do Not Disturb” sign, I informed the staff directly. When I returned, my room had been cleaned anyway, and my door was left open. Because of this, I would not recommend staying here.
