    我们入住的3人房，高楼、厕所，浴室、洗手盆分开，环境干净，明亮👍👍👍3张单人床（其中一张是沙发床，不是临时的折叠床👍👍👍）还有无限饮用水供应👍👍唯一小缺点是，沙发床附近没有插电👌

    The hotel caters primarily to Japanese travelers, and this is evident throughout the entire stay. The staff all speak Japanese. Each room has a "system" shower/bathtub, pajamas/slippers, and other features familiar to the typical Japanese traveler. We were very happy with our stay!

    台湾へは5回目の出張（宿泊）でしたが、グレイスリー台北は断トツで１番です。すべてにおいて日本と同じ感覚で宿泊することができました。 特にお風呂の入浴剤は、台湾にいながらも日本を感じながら、ゆっくりと湯船に浸かり、疲れも癒されました。 フロントのスタッフも日本語対応可能で、日本人なら何も心配することがなく宿泊できます。おススメします。

    I am a regular guest of this hotel chain in Japan, but my stay here was a massive letdown. The room was dusty upon arrival. Despite instructing the desk at check-in to make up the room daily, I returned at 4:00 PM the next day to find only fresh towels—the cleaning itself was ignored. The most frustrating part was the front desk staff: • Unhelpful Attitude: When I called to report the housekeeping issue, the staff was unpleasant. On another occasion, they put us on hold at the front reception and ignore a simple request to help call a local shop for a reservation. • Zero Flexibility: My flight was delayed, so I asked for a 1-hour extension (until 1:00 PM). I was immediately told it would cost TWD 638 for that one hour. Specific Note to Management: The interaction regarding the request tolate checkout and the lack of assistance occurred on May 01, 2026, at approximately 11.36 AM. The staff member working the desk at that time was dismissive and completely lacked the hospitality expected of this brand. You know who you are. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
