Good value, not super spacious but acceptable. Free instant noodles and snacks.

I stayed at the Dandy Hotel Tianjin for six nights as a solo traveler and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Taipei. The room was a good size for one person, although it could feel a little tight for two people traveling with a lot of luggage. The main drawback is that this is a modern-style room with very limited storage. There is no traditional closet or dresser, so there isn't much opportunity to unpack. There were a good number of hangers, however, so if you are comfortable keeping most of your clothes on hangers, it works fine. I eventually found ways to tuck my T-shirts into the nightstand. Fortunately, the hotel has free laundry, which is a great feature if Taipei is your only destination. You can pack relatively lightly and do laundry every few days, which also makes the limited storage less of an issue. Everything else about the room worked very well. The Wi-Fi was fast, the shower had good water pressure, and noise was not a problem at all. My room was on the third floor, only two floors above the street, and I slept very well. The breakfast buffet was simple but perfectly adequate. It leaned toward an Asian-style breakfast rather than a Western breakfast spread, which suited me just fine. The location is excellent. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, including Taiwanese and international options, as well as bars, pubs, and cocktail bars. There is plenty of shopping nearby, and the MRT is only about a five- or six-minute walk away. It's a very convenient neighborhood for exploring Taipei. The staff deserve special mention. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked the little touches, such as having instant noodles available in the lobby late at night. After a few cocktails, having a bowl of noodles waiting downstairs is a pretty nice hotel amenity. For my arrival, I arranged an airport pickup through the hotel, which was convenient since it was my first visit to Taipei. Once I had figured out the city, I found public transportation quite easy to use. If you've been to Taipei before, you can take the airport train to Taipei Main Station and then either walk about 20 minutes to the hotel or take the MRT one stop to Zhongshan Station and walk about six minutes from there. Of course, if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, a taxi or hotel-arranged pickup may be worth it. Overall, I had a very enjoyable six-night stay. The limited storage is the one thing to keep in mind, particularly for two people with lots of luggage, but the excellent location, friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, comfortable room, free laundry, and convenient amenities more than made up for it. I would happily stay at the Dandy Hotel Tianjin again.

Room is big and clean. Amenities is great and comes with breakfast. Location is great and near to MRT station, shopping and food. The staff are very helpful. 5 star from me.

The location is great, super near the trendy song Shan area, and very near all the other cool areas, rooms and restrooms are very clean, they have drinks and food throughout the day as well, staffs are great! Super friendly and helpful
