    The family suite is perfect for our family and the size is huge! The separate living room area allows the adults to have time to wind down after the kids are down. The big bathroom has an old school charm with a luxurious touch on the gold basin and separate bidet. The jacuzzi bathtub is a crowd favorite for the kids and great to soak the tired legs. Bonus from the hotel is the attentive 24hours concierge service, free soft serve ice cream in the afternoon and the traditional Taiwanese porridge in the evening! Thank you for a relaxing and luxurious stay! We will be back!

    8/19–8/20 入住長榮桂冠酒店台北的家庭套房，整體住宿體驗非常好。飯店本身雖然看得出來有一些年份，但保養得非常完善，無論公共空間或房間，都能感受到長榮集團一直維持著相當高的管理與服務水準。 這次入住的家庭套房空間非常寬敞，房間整理得非常乾淨，住起來舒適又安心。浴室內的設備與備品也很用心，許多細節都能感受到飯店對住宿品質的重視。早餐選擇豐富，整體品質也很不錯。 雖然不是全新的飯店，但正因為維護得很好，反而有一種成熟、穩定而有質感的住宿氛圍。可以看得出來飯店多年來一直有持續維護與更新，整體水準依然相當出色。這次住宿留下很好的印象，下次有機會仍會願意再次入住。 I stayed at Evergreen Laurel Hotel Taipei from August 19–20 in a Family Suite and had a very pleasant experience overall. Although the hotel has clearly been around for some time, it has been exceptionally well maintained. Both the public areas and the guest rooms reflect the consistently high standards you would expect from the Evergreen Group. The Family Suite was extremely spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the bathroom, from the facilities to the amenities provided. It was clear that a great deal of care has been put into maintaining the quality of the rooms. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and solid overall quality. While this may not be a brand-new hotel, its excellent upkeep gives it a refined, comfortable, and well-established atmosphere. You can really tell that the hotel has continued to invest in maintaining a high standard over the years. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and came away with a very positive impression. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Taipei.

    Very old and 80s room facilities which are still functioning. The family room layout is very inconvenient for family size. They don't provide water bottles unless you asked for it. Very late check in and early check out time. Only the location is excellent. No view because the windows are sealed. The layout of room sucks. The service of staff are polite but they don't register what you told them repeatedly... Exhausting to talk to them. For the money I paid, I would rather stay in a newer hotel with more better and newer facilities. Unpleasant stay.
