The staff was very kind however this hotel was disgusting, dirty, and completely unacceptable. The entire place smelled like wet dog, they had fans blowing down all the hallways to try and help but it was horrible. There were several "residents" sitting around the property in wheelchairs with IV drips and colostomy bags. I kicked actual dog crap that was in front of the lobby door ... I was so heated about the condition of the hotel I didn't see it.The room they checked us into was "supposed" to be out of service but apparently it was not. The shower was covered in pubic hairs and god knows what else, floors were disgusting. When we saw that, they switched us to a different room which was "better" but the bed sheets were stained and gross. We then went and found another hotel and got a refund. This property is a catchall for the homeless, and people that don't have identification (non-english speaking sent there for a "job" with no proper ID). Again, the staff was kind and as helpful as they could be ... but this property is a literal circus. 1000 times over do NOT recommend.

The hotel had a strange smell when we walked in but it wasn’t too bad. Once we got to the room, the smell was way worse. There was nothing we could to do help as it seemed it was coming from the vents themselves. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. There was poop inside the toilet bowl and hair and pee stains on the rim.

There’s a very loud military plane training place nearby. There are people living long term in the building who cooked up lots of different smells and made lots of different noises throughout the night. I saw either a spider or roach in my kitchenette. Not the worst place but overpriced for the quality

The rooms and beds were comfortable but very basic accommodations-simple beds and linens, minimal toiletries provided. There was a kitchenette in each room but no utensils or plates/cups to be able to use it. Limited coffee breakfast with a few packaged snack items. Customer service was fine but staff was not overly friendly. Check in process was long and a little complicated as they asked for ID from everyone staying in the room. There are large numbers of people living there along with their many dogs. We used our room mostly to just sleep and it was fine for that.

This is a hotel that is more like a halfway house.. furniture was discussing. Peeling dirty vinyl on the chair. Party broke out at 3am. Dog barking and whining. Hallway carpet was disgusting. The entire hotel had one luggage cart. So it was being used so I had to haul my stuff from the parking lot in several trips. Office staff was nice enough. Breakfast was coffee and granola bar. Small muffins. I should have taken the clue from the name “extended stay”. Room had hair on my clean sheets. Learned my lesson.. won’t be back.. parking lot was full of trash. I put up with it because I was alone working out of town. Had I taken my family I would’ve demanded a full refund and found another hotel. A real hotel. .

me and my boyfriend went to portland for 2 days and the extended stay america suite was perfect. very quiet and relaxing. room was exactly what the pictures online showed. they make it as homey as possible. including a fridge, a stove/oven, a microwave , a sink, a queen size bed, a nice bathroom and a nice view from our room. would 100% recommend to anyone not from around the area. very comfortable and great!!

The first room we were assigned at check in was in terrible condition and reaked of cigarette smoke. I spoke with the counter person, and the manager, and they were able to reassign us to another room that was spotless. The beds are hard and the sheets were rough, but with medical & dietary restrictions, having the kitchen when I travel is a must.

The rooms are very clean with everything you need, we had a refrigerator and cook top, very handy! Beds are comfy and staff was professional and accommodating. I booked several rooms for my family for a graduation and everything was exactly as promised. We will use this hotel again whenever we are in the area.

First room we got had a horrible smell, the woman at the front desk was very nice and was able to get us another room which didn’t smell as bad. Not really the hotels fault, but there were people being loud in the hallway all night.

States breakfast included but don't really consider instant oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars as breakfast. While traveling through Portland. I booked this hotel due to the convenient location off the interstate. However, I should have skipped right over this one. When checking in the clerk was friendly and helpful. It was all down hill from there. After checking in on the way to the room we saw a huge pile of trash bags and cardboard towards the back of the lobby. Then the room….. The first thing I saw when entering the room. The pleather chair had extensive peeling. Then there was hair on one of the towels I am not sure if it was a dead bug, dirt or something else in the shower door slide. If it had not been in the middle of the night we would and should have left. This morning I saw the smoke detector was missing and the wires were hanging out. I am thinking at least we can get that free continental breakfast before continuing our travels. Lol the jokes continue our breakfast was two varieties of nutri grain bars…

Patrons had an appearance of possible homelessness and drug use. They we congregating outside and in lobby area. Checked in to my room. Found that the TV did not work after spending 15 minutes trying to find problem. Went down to the front desk and the attendant said he could not come up to help me, and that there were no more rooms though it sounded like a lie. I asked for my funds returned and left that hotel. They take your money instantly and I'm still waiting to see the reversal of funds back into my account. Don't go there. Quite possible that the county maybe be housing some homeless there and Extended Stay is taking taxpayer dollars.

The areas upon arrival had several people standing outside the entrance smoking. Every time I went in and out there was a group standing outside smoking near the front door. The check in was seamless lady was nice and cordial. one way in and one way out except emergency exits. We had a dog above us that liked to howl and howl during the day felt sorry for the poor thing. The people above us must have had backwards hours as they'd be sleep during the day and awake at night...lol I know this appeared to really be like a low income type place but I slept fine and no one bothered us...lol

Rooms have a funny oder to them. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe there. There were several people hanging around outside, making me wonder if the hotel is housing some homeless. Elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs.
