The room had mud on the floor as we walked and let the desk know and nothing was done about it.
3.0 / 10.0
The hotel desk clerk said that booking hadn’t paid the hotel even though booking charges were made on my credit card so we had to wait and wait then one of the rooms they put us in after 3 was still dirty so we had to wait for that. Unprofessional service. Would not stay there and will book next trip though a different booking service.

Breakfast was good and consistent. Rooms were clean. somewhat understaffed some mornings.
Only 1 person there, doing everything. Not fair to that person.

The location was fine, but that's about it.
The staff were absolutely rude, we weren't given any kind of wi-fi password, and the overall comfort of the hotel was meh. Also, we could hear very clearly hear the people from other rooms.

Everything was great
Wish the hot tub was a bit hotter

the jacuzzi tub was very nice. the place was clean and quiet
the exercise machines were broken and the space was so crowded they couldn't actually be used. The breakfast was really sad. old apples, a waffle machine, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Housekeeping kept forgetting to refill our shower bottles of shampoo, etc. even after we had to call.

Everything at this hotel is exceptional, great location.. The room was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Comfy beds and the room was spacious. They even have a pool which was great for kiddos.

That was kept very clean and comfortable rooms nice relaxing pool and hot tub we ended up paying for 2 nd night next morning and we’re gonna stay a 3rd until I was disrespected
When I woke the last morning of being there to go get mine and my husbands breakfast I was clearly just waking up around 9:30 am and went to bring the two plates of food back to room and was stopped by a man who clearly worked there and asked can I help you with something and asked where I was going with that food as if I were someone who should t of been there like got in front of me and I literally had to stop because he stood in front of me I said am I not allowed to go to my room to eat ? And then it was instant attitude change and oh I’m sorry sure u can. I felt discouraged and like I was being judged and not welcome or respected like a guest should be. Being there was another lady who just went to her room as well and wasn’t a word asked as it was to me. I travel for work to Gresham every two weeks and have stayed there couple times and thought I had found where I would stay from now on instead of motel 6 because of the convenience of relaxing in pool after work and breakfast but I don’t feel comfortable doing so anymore because of how I was treated . I will be coming back in a week to work again and would love to be able to come stay again because if the comfortable room and accommodations but I don’t feel comfortable with the staff . If I was possibly given a free night outta the 2 to 3 night stay I pay for and not questioned in a foul manner I would just continue to come back every 2 weeks for work. But I’m sure that won’t happen . I would make u loose money . But I can reassure u that you are loosing more by me not staying up to a week in a months time for when I’m working in the Gresham Portland area.

The beds were comfy, everything appeared clean, breakfast was acceptable. Lady who checked us in was fantastic.
Upon getting to our room there were finger nails and hair in our bathroom. We couldnt find a remote for the TV so I went down and asked for one. The guy told my 15 minutes and he would be at our room. I gave him 45 before going back down. He was sitting on his phone again and said oh yes it will be about 730 when I can get there (it was 609). I told him never mind as we were going to bed (we were exhausted from a soccer tournament so I didnt want to be awake another hour and a half). He said ok ill be there 15 minutes. I gave him another 20 before putting up.my DND and going to bed. Never did get it. Went to check out the following morning the lady couldnt even be bothered to look up from her phone to say thank you or ask how our stay was. I stay at a ton of hotels for work and this has the worst staff.

I like the fact that our room was near the outside door, so loading and unloading was easy
I didn't like that everything in room was broken/damaged. Holes in walls, sharp pieces of the floor pulled up, dresser door almost falling off. This place definitely needs some tlc. And we had a non smoking room but it smelt like weed so bad.

Gresham is a cute town. It was quiet. Rooms have vinyl floors (as opposed to carpets). Park where you can see your car. Busy parking lot next door
The hot tub was slimey. There’s no elevator, and it might be nice if guest services could update their approach to interacting with guests — a bit more friendly communication, better manners, and attention to hygiene would go a long way.
Also, it’d be great if they could remove the breakfast signage — the muffins, oatmeal, and waffle maker (which was broken) weren’t quite enticing. With over 100 guests, it’s best to get there early if you want anything. For a Portland location, I expected better coffee options in the rooms and common areas.
The rooms could use some extra attention — the toilet wasn’t thoroughly cleaned even though the seal was intact, and the floors could be swept more often. Bringing house shoes might be a good idea, and definitely avoid leaving anything on the floor.
-Spend the 50 extra dollars to stay somewhere cleaner with a more adequate breakfast

Nothing.
Breakfast not the best, not a lot of options. Rooms badly in need of renovation, everything is outdated. Floors not in best of Shape. Beds very uncomfortable. The Metal strip around the bottom of the bed very annoying.

Hotel staff very accommodating. My husband has disability. They moved our reservation to ADA room. Shower was well equipped.
Comfortable bed. Quiet!! Clean

Not much
Room was outdated and needed repair. Breakfast was severely lacking and some of it ineatible. Staff was unconcerned

I traveled with my dog and found the grass area behind the hotel was a perfect spot for us to wander. There was even a dog waste station there though there were no bags.
The staff were lacking in enthusiasm for their job (front desk). Even when I called back after leaving some items there, the person I spoke to was really abrupt.

Well lit parking lot and lots of parking spaces available. Grounds seemed clean and not to let go.

The room was spacious and clean; dinner options were within walking distance. There was a pool and a hot tub, and a room for guest laundry.
The room still smelled like it had once been a smoking room. A/C worked (and helped with the smell), but was very loud. The door handle to the bathroom was loose and rusty; the smoke alarm was missing altogether. The pillows were tiny and of inconsistent firmness -- some very soft, some solid like a sofa cushion. Breakfast was underwhelming -- mostly packaged sugar and carbs. The Wi-Fi required signing up for Wyndham rewards, or paying a daily rate. No elevator to the 2nd floor.

The lady that checked us in. Super nice. Other than that nothing!
The room was old and dirty and very humid. Our sheets and pillows were almost wet it was so humid
In the room. This is at a place where there is very little humidity outside too. The bathroom door looked like it was taken from a dump and hung. It wouldn’t even close. The floors
Were warping. The entire room
Was disgustingly old and just….ewww!

The location was good for my purpose.
The night manager reflected the property: Minimalist communication…

Great location. Quiet location.
No elevator. I found a hair in our bed. The host was very dry and didn’t have a personality. Plus it was our wedding night and she didn’t even notice. It was just a bit anticlimactic.
8.0 / 10.0
it was a good size room, AC worked. Breakfast was decent, hot breakfast, waffles etc. microwave/fridge in room.
location is a little sketchy. there was people walking about at night around the parking lot as its behind some restaurant businesses. the smell of weed just outside exit doors, no elevator, so if mobility issues, request 1st floor. also it says pet friendly on the app I booked hotel but they do not accept cats so my cat had to sleep in my camper van and it was very hot outside. - I had to make several trips to van to make sure she was cool enough, luckily I had fans in there.

The price
The bed was hard. Didn't know there wasn't an elevator and stairs aren't my friend.
3.0 / 10.0
The pool was open and clean. There was a pullout bed in the sofa, but no blankets or sheets to use it. They are dog-friendly, we saw several people with their dogs.
The morning front desk clerk was rude when asked to refill the waffle batter. She said, "I'm not gonna fill it if someone else asks me again!" - as she stirred her coffee she was making for herself. There was nothing else to eat aside from the waffles. Cereal was stale, milk was warm, no hot water for the oatmeal. Only thing we had were some dry mini muffins and some go-gurts.
The room also had a weird smell, like stinky feet or something. I kept smelling it throughout the night and in the morning. We tried running the AC to filter the air, but it didn't circulate well and the room got musky.
The electrical outlets were old and would not hold the plugs into the walls. We had to use the towles to prop our plugs so that we would get power. The lamp outlets didn't work either.
Bed sheets, cover and pillows didn't smell clean either. They smelt like someone's oily head.

Close to where my daughter lived
You could only get to the property one way you could only make a right turn into it in a right turn out of it. You had to go around the block to get out of the property, which was a little inconvenient. You could only go out onto Holgate. you couldn’t turn out onto Stark, but we made it work.
I couldn’t get a receipt when we left
9.0 / 10.0
It is close to my friend’s house and there are restaurants nearby the property.
We are both elderly so we requested a room on the first floor but the room that were assigned for us was not equipped for elderly. I would suggest that first floor guest rooms should be equipped with stuff for safety like bathrooms with no bath tubs,

The tile work, clean breakfast area with expected and excellent breakfast bar. Did not have time to use the facility pool, but everything looked amazing.
Bead was hard as a rock. Noticed it was on a steel frame with no box spring. Did not sleep well.
3.0 / 10.0
The location was close to the people I needed to see.
The TV did not work and was told nothing they could do. The check in person was not friendly at all. There were things falling apart that needed fixing. Every time you flushed the toilet the lever banged the lid. On inspection they had zip tied the lever to the valve. I was placed in the room next to a very busy street and the noise level was high.

Breakfast had a lot of different choices. Really liked the pancakes. Also washer and dryer available to use
It was fine. Some of the furniture in the room was old, but it suited my purposes fine
