we needed a wheelchair accessible room for deaf and blind. they gave us a second floor room. One of us used the room one night of our stay and asked at the front desk for a first floor room with two queens. They gave us a one king room on first floor and offered us an exxtra night free. when I checked us out Sunday night, they told me I had to pay an extra $165. The lady at the front desk did not know about the promised extra night, and thought we were being rude. She did not understand deaf, so it was difficult to talk to her. She would not listen to me.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel’s hardware and fixtures are okay. The room services had the room for improvement. bathroom had no soap, no face towels. This hotel provided continental breakfast with few items. It did not have real butter, only margarines.

Older hotel. Needs updating. Reasonable for the price.

This property was excellent for us and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Property has things in rooms that badly need replacing and make it look less than desirable. Such as lamp shades are ripped.. if budget is so tight for these items overlooked… what else is not being taken care of. Staff are very friendly and great. Breakfast was ok. On the light side though.

Room smelled stale, old smoking rm I think. Site has no elevator. Shower dispenser was out of soap and shampoo.

I was SO disappointed in this Days Inn. I really felt like I was staying at a Motel 6, with the Motel 6 price! The condition of the room was so bad, the door, the bathroom, the flooring, the fridge, the couch, the towels... everything was so run down and really needed to be replaced. Also, they put some metal sheet around the bottom of the bed, so every time you climbed in or out of bed you "banged" this metal sheet which made a bunch of noise! It just wasn't a pleasant, and I felt lucky that we actually didn't spend much time there. I will not be staying here again.

The breakfast had limited choices. The desk clerk was not sensitive to our needs.

Our bathroom had blood all over it upon arriving, talked to front desk and they didn’t seem pleased to even deal with us. The cleanliness of this hotel was horrible. After traveling on a plane to get here the stay was very unfortunate and staff was not helpful.

The pool was very nice. It is bigger than most hotel pools and was never crowded. The rooms was not emaculate but clean . My company computer blocked the us of the wify. Not a good sign for the safety of the wyfi. Breakfast was basic but okay.

The lobby of the hotel as nice. The room however, was run down. The furniture was worn and should have been replaced. The door to the bathroom had wall paper on it, that was torn and tattered. The plumbing in the toilet was broken. I had to remove the lid to the toilet and adjust the flushing mechanism every time I flushed. I was there for two days. I asked to be compensated for my stay. The person at the desk said I had to speak with Expedia.

I booked the room because my daughter just had her first baby and I wanted to be close to her apartment to care for her. Upon getting to my room(221), I wanted to wash my face and freshen up before heading to to the hospital. I leaned over the sink and my shirt got wet, and I quickly figured out it wasn't water. It was some sort of cleaning agent that bleached my new T-shirt. Irritated, I changed and left for the hospital. When I got back at 3 something AM, I went into the bathroom and the light wouldn't turn on. It took two on off's before it came on. The fan wouldn't work at all. In the morning to shower, I was confronted with long black hair (I'm shoulder length Silver and dark ash blonde) on on the surround wall so obviously the cleaners aren't super thorough and because the fan didn't work, my room would get muggy after my shower. The bed was alright for comfort as were the pillows so at least I was able to sleep pretty decently. It was a place to stay with close proximity to my daughter and Grandbaby so I'm happy about that but that room is not worth the $174 daily rate posted on the door and thank God I didn't have to pay that but it still really wasn't worth the rate I did pay. The Property was clean enough outside and I did consistently see house keeping. The staff was courteous enough. I did feel safe staying there so I suppose that's the most important thing.

Was clean and convenient.

It was close to telatives that we came to visit.

Dirty,smelly, broken appliances.

Our bed was hard. The people above us ran back and forth in their room till 11 pm. When we got up the next morning and turned on the lights the roaches ran. We chose not to eat the breakfast that was being served due to the roaches in our room. Who knows where else they might be. Said something to girl at the front. She said she would let the owners known. I hope they do some pest control.

They had a nice little complimentary breakfast, pool area was nice

No elevator which really stinks because my husband and I both have back/neck issues and medical issues. We had to carry our bags upstairs even after saying we had these issues. Might reconsider for our next trip a different hotel, even though the convenience was really good to where we go when visiting.

The stay is ok considering the price we paid.

Our stay was very nice. I wish they would put an elavator in the loby for the second floor. very hard for seniors to get there luggage and belongings upstairs.

Easy access to the concert venue. Very clean and hospitable.

Easy parking and a Burgerville drive thru connected to the parking lot!

The air conditioner was very noisy and needed maintenance, the shower head was very loose and about ready to fall off, and there was a stain on the ceiling and the usb ports on the lamps were broken, bottom drawer in the dresser was broken off the slides

Room is roomy and clean with comfortable bed. Have refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient. Continental breakfast selection is limited but is delicious.

They put us upstairs when I requested a downstairs room. Our reservation dates were wrong. They showed us checking out sunday when we actually weren't scheduled to check out until monday morning. This was confirmed when we checked in that we would not be leaving until monday morning. Still, they signed us out of the room sunday morning. Also, they should advertise the fact that they do not have an elevator. You don't put disabled people on the second floor if you don't have an elevator. I am a disabled person, and I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. That was extremely difficult for me. I have a service animal and had to manage my service dog and my luggage up and down those stairs.

Floor was popped up other than that it was good

Checked in and 9:30 pm to find out we’re on the 2nd floor with my elderly mother who can’t safely do stairs. They were 100% full with no options. Next day we were able to relocate to 1st floor to a room with water damaged laminate floors that needed replaced. Staff did what they could. Owners need to make upgrades and let it be known that there is no elevator.

Impossible to sleep because of the loud noise from the air conditioner. There were spiders in the room and the lights flicker in the bathroom and the shower curtain was too short for the rod. Wouldn’t close all the way and there was water everywhere. Also who charges for WiFi?? Will not be staying here in the future.
