I stayed there before pre pandemic and it's gone down since it really needs a remodel in my opinion bed was too soft needed new one etc could have charged less I been ok with 65 plus tax

Low cost, left rested and happy

Coffee, filtered water, and hot tea. 24 hours in the lobby. Comfy beds and several pillows. Close to Starbucks and Wal-Mart and AmPm. Halloween decor. Quiet for being off a main road. AC kept us comfortable and view of rose garden below from our room upstairs. Good water pressure in shower.

Kind of a musty smell and older carpets. I have allergies and super sensitiveto smells. This didn't trigger my allergies and felt okay after 2 night stay.

Hated it, don't want bugs in a room im paying to sleep in

Was close to a starbucks, wallmary and easy tk get on freeway

The bed sheet had blood on the side of them gross. There was a cockroach (pregnant) by the "bathroom" sink mirror. And was woken up ay 4am by a bug crawling on my skin. Think it was a bed bug.

Not worth the $$

Convenience of being right off I84. Gas station, WalMart, coffee shop, bar and grill close by. Decent size bathroom. Shower only in my room, believe it was an ADA room. Room had fridge, microwave, desk and chair. Drawers incase you unpacked. Nice size tv but not much worth watching. Lol Room was clean, no bed bugs.

Darkness outside, not a lot of lighting. Very small lobby with big plants causing the walking area to be even smaller. No hair dryer in room. Room door wasn't completely closed (see pic why that would be), light was on but nobody was in the room when I arrived. I did return from eating with my taser and mace incase it was needed (it takes a lot to freak me out I travel all over my myself but the door not being properly closed and light on well). Carpet and flooring didn't match whatsoever. Walls quite thin could hear neighbors well and not just when they were talking. Lol Noticed the vending machine only takes cash.

Stay from Hell!

I liked nothing about this hotel! This was an incredibly horrible experience! I called the day before we were to arrive and asked if your hotel sprays air fresheners in the rooms or hallways, I was told no. Just walking in caused an asthma attack, and by morning I had hives! Well more hives than I had the previous night at a Wyndham Days Inn in Gresham Oregon. We opened the window and aired it out and I had to hold my breath as I walked out of the hotel to my car. If that wasn’t enough, the bed was broken down on each side and it was very uncomfortable. Getting an extra towel for my hair, well that was met with a stare and a request to give her a dirty towel in exchange! Are you kidding?!!! If all that is not enough, you have 3 broken down cars in your parking lot, two appear to have not been moved for months and one with a flat tire from Colorado. You also have guests or staff feeding several feral cats, who try and get inside when the door is opened. Last but not least, I do NOT appreciate being lied to about the spraying of toxic air fresheners,. Do better! Look up endocrin disrupters, I am only one of many people that react to your poor choice!!!

The place was clean but there staff was not friendly or explain anything about the property. The clientele was not considerate of anyone but themselves. They were very noisy and kept me up to the pint I had to complain to the front desk to even get any sleep.

Noise, staff lack of welcoming attitude. I felt I was a burden as I pulled the away from the tv show they were watching. The morning staff was very slow and just old.

Homeless paradise

Location

Homeless sleeping under trees on site, bathtub did not work. Did not feel clean, the bed was a lopsided uncomfortable mess. People smoking right next to door. I had to walk through smoke to enter.

Not worth the price at all

The location was fine, within walking distance of some shops & restaurants. Close enough to walk to McMenamins.

Rooms are very outdated. Damage seen on the walls, appliances, even the lamp shades were ripped and hadn't been bothered to be replaced. There was no major concerns with hygine necessarily (that I saw in my room anyway), and if it was closer to the price of a motel I probably wouldn't even complain, but if you're paying as much as you would in a nicer hotel you're going to have higher expectations. Bedding was also well worn, which again if the room was cheaper wouldn't be too big a deal. The room was also very dark, not much natural light coming in, and the lighting from ceiling fixtures and lamps were also quite dim. The keycard lock was also very annoying, had to put the card in multiple times before it would actually open.

Creepy place! SUPEEEEER CREEPY! Don’t stay here!

Good morning, i just want a confirmation from you guys of my refound because yesterday the receptionist didn’t even knew what he was doing, he didn’t knew how to do a check in, oh to programmed a room keys, he called a woman to teach him how to do the keys and even calling he couldn’t make the keys. Then he when to another room for a few moments and come back with a key, next to us was a man standing with security cloths. They the receptionist gave me a key for the room number 208 and the security was next to us hearing everything. So I took the keys and he said welcome and I asked him where I have to go? Because he didn’t give me any directions about the motel or check in, check out. I went to my car to pick up my friends and stuff and 2 minutes after we went to our room, when I opened the door the security appeared jumping from the bathroom making a karate position to us and I asked wtf? was his room! So imagine if I was alone and the reception give me a key for a room of someone that could be naked, or someone that could do something bad to me? This is not ok, so this security told us that the receptionist make a mistake, so I went back to the front desk and I told him that I wanted my money back that that’s not acceptable! He said money back? Ok I’ll sent to you now. I told him that I need to record to make sure that he will refund what I paid and he told ok I already sent your money back. I’m waiting to see my refund

No breakfast, unfriendly staff, hotel was overbooked and they didn't have our room available, the alternate room did not have enough bed spaces for our group and was very dilapidated. This is worse than your typical budget motel.

Staff made little effort to help us despite them overbooking the hotel and not having the room we had paid for.

I canceled my reservation! I drove up to the terrible trashy property and refused to even enter! it was so bad I cannot believe Wyndham nor Booking represents that property! I’m totally unhappy. it was totally unkept.
