We had a great time. The morning lady thing didn’t affect our time there

The room was great, breakfast was great. The soap n the room was old or something it crumbled. The night guy was great when we checked in.

The morning lady seemed bothered by me asking a question. I pushed the buzzer and before she greeted me she grabbed the buzzer and put it behind the counter and then addressed me. She seemed bothered

I love how everything is close by

Out of the last 3 weeks that I stayed in this hotel this year only 2 of the people who work there were friendly and had a good attitude. Jessica was an absolute dream.

Location is great with tons of shopping and food options around you

My hotel room had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom so I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower in there. I also found a small dirty rag.

Close and comfortable room prior to flying home.

Good place to stay between Multnomah Falls and the airport. The downtown area had lots of options for eating dinner too!

Overall everything was good. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but not the worst.

Breakfast decent, exceptional worker kept everything spotless and stocked

Front desk. Clerk talked very rapidly. Later when asked why we were charged an extra $100, said it was a security deposit. I remarked that perhaps I wasn't listening. She replied... NOBODY listens. Not an acceptable look for business. Carpets are very dingy and looks like they haven't been cleaned in years.

Very poor!

People next door had tv turned up and we could hear every word from them and the tv. That lasted until after midnight. Our stays at other places aren’t so noisy. Seemed like a stay in a cheap motel. Breakfast was loaded with junk food. Not healthy.

Comfortable and enjoyable. I did not have time to use fitness area/swimming pool.

Good - there was not a lot of fruit but it was adequate. Entrees and sausage gravy good. No sweet rolls but muffins were tasty. No boiled eggs due to the egg shortage/cost? Very good staff kept tables clean and kept food/beverages well-stocked.

IT WAS GOOD AND LOCATIONS WORKS GREAT FOR ME.

IT WAS OK HAVING THE STANDARD FARE ITEMS. WOULD HAVE LIKE MORE VARIETY OF EITHER A MUFFIN OR MAYBE SWEETROLL OR DANISH AS I USUALLY HAVE THAT WITH MY COFFEE PRIOR TO A BREAKFAST AND MAYBE A FRUIT OFFERING OTHER THEN ORANGE AND APPLE . MAYBE A COUPLE BANANAS OR FRUIT CUPS IN THE REFRIGERATOR. THE REST WAS FINE.

Fine but I wouldn’t stay there again

I liked Josh at the front desk. I liked the breakfast staff.

I didn’t like that. The smoke detector alarm would go off when I took a hot shower. It took me two nights to realize that it was the shower because it happened at the same time. I didn’t like that there was a giant bug hanging on the curtain, and I asked for it to be removed, and it never was removed.

Easy to find and access. Close to things we wanted to do. Nice swimming pool for kids. Free breakfast was great.

Great hotel location for attending events at McMenimans Edgefield.

The location was perfect for our event at Edgefield, the warm food at breakfast was a nice unexpected touch, room was very spacious for 3 people.

The pull out couch bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was nice to have for 3 of us travelling together.

The bed was comfortable. Great location. Close to local restaurants and stores.

Friendly reception would be nice. We felt uninvited by the two receptionist who were having some personal conservation. At checkout same receptionists busy dealing with other issues not attending to us. We were the only guests at both arrival and checkout.
