Bait and switch

First lady when I arrived early hoping for an early check-in, said nothing was available. I called prior to saying if I couldn't get early check in did they have a restroom I could get ready in for an engagement I had. Gal who took my call saw me in the restroom and said we have a room available. I wasn't a star rewards member. She was a star.

I Bookings price was $126. My statement with my bank said $450. I called Marriott Left a message for someone in their billing department to call me back, NO one did.

Don’t stay in room 101 it’s next to the exit door and slams closed all hours of the night.

The hotel is a nicely kept interior and exterior. It was easy to find.

We were downgraded to a lesser room. I didn’t get an explanation nor did I get compensated the difference in price. We were put in room 101. Terrible room. The first floor exit door to the building was loudly slamming the door shut all hours of the night. We were to stay longer at the hotel. I just couldn’t do another endless night of the door slamming.

Hotel was quiet with attentive staff and the rooms were very spacious, clean with coffee service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for an afternoon outing. Lobby was clean. The hotel was located in an area that was quiet and relaxing.

The only complaints is that there are no restaurants in walking distance to this location. You had to drive down interstate to for any restaurants. The in house restaurant appeared to be only a bar with fat hairy men sitting, drinking and watching a ballgame. My party was three women and we did not feel comfortable there. Also the construction going on across the parking lot was disruptive. The workers were yelling and using very explicit profanity.

Hotel was ok, but pet fee is outrageous!!

We like that there was a restaurant on site so we didn’t have to travel to eat

There was no bar soap or lotion on the bathroom counter. I called to have some delivered to us, but nobody ever answered the phone so I had to go to the front desk to get some. Charging $75 for a pet is ridiculous and I won’t stay there again because of it

The perfect birthday getaway.

We were visiting friends for my birthday and the location was perfect. Also the pool access was phenomenal, especially with a kid traveling along.

Booking.com should refund me for the breakfast that was not provided to me even after paying for it.

Clean rooms and space.

I paid for breakfast on booking.com but the hotel did not give us any and said we did not pay for it. The front desk staff lady we had for day 1 was very rude. The hotel does not provide hotel slippers, no shower cap, no lotion.

Very memorable.

Jessica, at the front desk, made this trip exceptionally memorable. My friend and I were new to the area and she recommended us places to visit and was very helpful and friendly. Every time she saw us she would greet us and ask us what we’re getting ourselves into. We would definitely recommend staying here just to experience her good energy and vibe!

Easy to find, right off the highway. Looks brand new and everything looks amazing. Pool is clean and amazing. Love the outdoor seating with the fire.

Very clean and comfortable

The place was nice, close to where I went for my work celebration. But the staff, the guy that I checked out of the hotel with was very rude, he charged me twice for the room. Even when before he checked me out I had told him that they already charged me. And then he told me to calm down, when I was very calm. My man even had to tell the staff worker. She is calm sir. The guy was very unprofessional. All I needed was the final receipt from my payment. I would not go back to this hotel, just because of the rude staff. But other than that, the place was clean and comfortable.

Had high hopes but was disappointed.

The hotel itself was new, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. I stayed with my dog and liked that I got a regular room as opposed to a dog specific room (that often has lesser amenities) like some other hotels have.

The room smelled either like somebody had smoked in it or that the previous occupant was a heavy smoker. Even the bed and bedding smelled like smoke. I was tired after a long day and didn't want to move rooms so I didn't complain. In the morning I discovered my dog's food and water bowl were completely covered in ants. On the second floor! I travel quite a bit and have had some less than stellar hotel stays but I have never experienced having ants in a hotel room. Absolutely disgusting! I mentioned I was displeased at the front desk. The woman working took my phone number and said the manager would call but I haven't heard anything.
