New, clean, great kitchenette, full size fridge, comfortable recliner

Our room happened to have the MyPlace sign on the outside wall. Really high winds made it rattle against the wall pretty loudly.

It was clean the bed and pillows were comfortable.staff was pleasant

While the bed and pillows were comfortable it slept like it was smaller than a queen.The toilet wasn’t level by 1/2 to an inch which made the seat un level. Called the front desk ,they offered a different room but it was passed 9pm and we were already for bed. So I denied the exchange.The recliner wasn’t comfortable

A quick stay for an event in town

The hotel is lovely, it has a very homey feeling. The staff were easy to work with, the pool and spa were great.

Had never been to a MY PLACE, were thoroughly satisfied and would stay in one again.

There’s good news! You get a frig in your room. And there is a reasonably priced laundry facility on site. Large, spacious room. Clean. Good linens; hot water, good shower.

There’s bad news - there’s a frig in your room and it runs noisily off and in all night. Careful what you wish for - ha ha.

3 nights and no room cleaning or bedding changes. They gave a bottle of water only the first night, after that it’s 2 dollars each, so if you only stay one night you are good but the second and third nights are sub-par!

Spacious Room

The room was spacious and clean. It was a full fridge with an ice maker. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big for a hotel.

The counter to sign the hotel reservation was too tall. Unfortunately, I had to stand on my tip toes to sign. It's not that big of a deal for me, but someone on a wheelchair wouldn't be able to see guest service over the counter.

Pleasant

The hotel was clean and the location was great. It had easy access to the freeway. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The free parking was a plus. I would stay there again.

It didn’t have free breakfast but there was places near by. Also, I phoned for some fresh towels and was told to bring down the used ones myself and they would give me the fresh ones then.

Terrible staff. Avoid at all costs.

Staff was terrible, front desk lady tried to scam me into a rewards program. She also wrote down my credit card info on a post-it note. Room was dirty, hair in bathtub, old crusty stains on sheets that had CLEARLY NOT been changed. It looks like the cleaning staff walked into the room, looked around, made the bed without changing the sheets and walked out.

Comfortable stay

Full size refrigerator and microwave was a big plus. Making it easy to store and heat food up throughout my stay.

Wall were thin- I got a noise complaint for taking a shower at 11pm. Apparently the shower was too loud for the guest staying next door.

Where has this chain been all my life?

Excellent place to stay! Kind staff! Full sized refridgerator!! Two burners to cook on, but bring your own pans! They have an ironing board, iron and laundry basket because they have laundry facilities on site! Comfy beds and a marvelous bathtub!! Can'y wait to find more in this chain!! WOW!!

It was located very close to where I was going, which was Blue Lake for swimming and paddle boarding so great experience to find something so close

The only complaint I have is that the pillows were really horrible otherwise clean, beautiful quiet wonderful experience

It was a great stopover point just outside of Portland for the Columbia River Gorge and was comfortable!

The staff weren’t very helpful and the room was extremely basic! It was an odd hotel and we probably wouldn’t recommend it unless just passing by!

Clean, amazing rooms and loved the kitchen in the room!

It was very clean, everything was updated and I signed up for their rewards program and I go to check out later for free! I would recommend and definitely will be returning!

I couldn’t say that anything was bad.. I guess if I had to say something to enter the hotel you had to go behind other businesses to enter but it was whatever

A beautiful hotel. This was our 12th hotel stay on our road trip to the West Coast from Texas with multiple destinations along the way. By far the best value for the money.

No common ice machine. ICE maker in fridge sounded like a cool amenity but WAY to slow making ice.

Nice and comfortable.

Staff was nice and had a crib for our littlest one all set up before we got there! Room had kitchenette with stove burners and a nice big refrigerator! Room was clean. The sound traveled between floors easily, we got called for a noise complaint from the kids just getting off beds to grab food and use the bathroom.
