Will never stay again at this chain.terrible experience

Location was ok

Dirty room. Specifically the bathroom around the tub. Tub in terrible shape. The soap holder falling off the wall. Room stinks when entering. Mattresses slide from the frame and the frame is dirty. Floors sticky. Fire alarms went off and elderly mother had to wait for a long time and had to wait for maintenance to come fix the elevator. No one came to clean room. Not enough pillows. Bed uncomfortable

Not planning on staying in the place ever again.

Christina at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She was very informative and nice. The coffee was good.

When I first got into my room things were ok. But when I started to go to lay down in the bed, I saw a big bug on the floor. It was gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress kept sliding of the frame. Then there were people loitering out front. The breakfast menu could be a little better. Yogurt or sandwiches would have been nice. A toaster or something like that would have been good. I have stayed in a lot of places, but this one was my least favorite. At one point I thought that we would have to evacuate the building because a burning smell like plastic was in the elevator. No one could tell where it was coming from.

The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and provided many recommendations for food and sightseeing.

There were no available on site restaurants, buffets, bars, etc. Construction began on day 2 of our stay and air quality was poor due to dust and air particles.

Horrible experience with the management and booking reservations

I reserved my stay several months ago when I arrived at the hotel I was told My reservation got cancelled. After I communicated my concerns to the manager his response was very dismissive he gave the impression he did not care and did not offer any help to make the situation even better. I was very disappointed and frustrated at the fact no one was able to offer me an alternative or any empathy on the situation.

The woman at the front desk was great. Very friendly.

I booked through Priceline, who punted my booking to Booking.com, who then charged me more money than my original booking. Both companies make it hard to resolve virtually. Priceline says it is for Booking.com to deal with (although the booking was with them), and Booking.com makes it impossible to chat virtually if your stay has concluded. I don't want to waste more time calling them and going through the phone tree only to be told to call the property instead. I'm disappointed in Priceline's customer service model which is not helpful and puts the onus on the customer to chase things. The hotel was fine enough, nothing spectacular but not bad, and was a secure space to rest my head on my drive.

Convenient, Clean enough, horrible customer service

The location is convenient and the rooms are comfortable. The staff however are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Apart from the maintenance man, the woman at the front desk act as tho they are doing you a favor letting you stay at the hotel. I am a mother and I have two small children with me and I expect, like any other person, to book a hotel room and be treated like a guest. That is not the case at this location.

The front desk that helped was rude, the hallways and elevator were very smelly, and our room didn't seem clean at all! Also to top it off our next door neighbors were having sex that sounded very unoriginal with the same moans and grunts that no one should be waking up too.
