    The location is great to move around the city. Adjacency to Fontana de Trevi is a plus but it does get crowded. Via del Tritone & Via del Corso offer great shopping and eating. Staff has been wonderful because of change in plans we are staying an extra 4 days!

    The aircon was consistently not cold and never repaired.Many customers were at the front desk daily complaining that the air conditioning was not cold. Room changes offered were at impractical times. Room had a sewer / pipe smell. Amenities not topped up regularly. No sound proofing - doors start slamming at 5am and ruin your sleep. Would not recommend.
