Everything!! The location couldn’t be better - it was extremely close to the Trevi Fountain (so we could go early or late and avoid the crowds). We had the family suite and it was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable and spacious. There’s a lift, so no need to carry your luggage upstairs, which was so good. Breakfast was supplied and it was delicious and the staff very friendly. No need for a kitchen as you’re in Rome, so you eat out at the amazing places for lunch and dinner. Karla also organised a transfer for us from the accommodation to the airport - amazing and one less thing to worry about. If we ever go back to Rome I would definitely love to stay here again!! Highly recommend!!

The location is extraordinary. The proximity to the Trevi Fountain is fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just right - not too heavy, not too skimpy (offered were eggs, fresh fruit, bread and croissants, and kefir but no meat, which suited me fine). The offer of dinner was nice to have and during one evening when we had no energy to leave, it was precious. Most of all, we went in the middle of a blistering hot summer and the well functioning air conditioners were life savers. The place was very clean.

We reserved the place at the last minute. While we were happy with the place overall, the cost seemed a bit excessive. I guess we need to attribute it to us coming during the peak tourist season. The place was spacious but quite basic, not luxurious. Also, be aware that taxis and ubers will not go straight to the front door so upon arrival and departure, you will have to lug your baggage a little distance. The fact that the elevator does not go up to the terrace, where meals are served, but that we have to walk up a narrow set of stairs for the final floor is not ideal. That said, it did not bother us and the only reason that I am not awarding a higher rating is that I think the truly luxurious places needed to be distinguished somehow.

We absolutely loved Casa Modelli for our family of four. Very clean and the location right next to Trevi Fountain was unbeatable. Our host, Mariel, went above and beyond. She was so kind and helpful. The daily breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight, and I will be dreaming of that breakfast for a long time to come. I would stay at Casa Modelli again without question.

Comfortable, great space, great location, nicely decorated, little kitchen area was a nice bonus, staff was warm and welcoming. Great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Not a full spread for breakfast, but having made to order eggs was nice.
