Excellent location just around the corner from the Trevi fountain! Rooms small but comfortable and stocked with nice toiletries and bottles of water daily which was much appreciated! It is the perfect place to base yourself for a few days exploring Rome
The lack of reception staff outside of certain hours is not ideal, for us it meant we had to send our passports in advance for check in and collect keys when we arrived but thankfully it all went smoothly and there were no issues! Lift is very small and slow so it was a challenge getting all our luggage up to the room but otherwise all ok

The location was excellent. It was right next to the Trevi fountain and there were many shops and gelato near by. They also helped arrange private transportation.
Very populated area. Because you’re next to the Trevi fountain there are so many tourists. You have to pass through the Trevi fountain to get to a lot of places. It’s really hot and hard to navigate. You also cannot get a car/taxi there because the streets are too small and crowded. You have to walk 10min for a taxi The room was very small. With one week of luggage for two people, there wasn’t much room. The hallways are very tight. There is no on site concierge
