The staff, who I already miss! Made me so comfortable and felt safe as a solo traveler. The view is ever better in person…magical. I would mostly recommend the rooms with a view though. I had the best experience, caring and reliable staff and the view was amazing. I will surely come back
One had to know this is an old building, if your expectations are realistic, then you will have a great stayx if you come expecting a 5 star hotel then your experience will be thwarted. I appreciated that the hotel maintained its style and not modernized. The improvements are minimal to maintain the history of the hotel. So nothing negative to say
