Checkin was awful. Reservation under husbands name paid with my cc. But receptionist would not allow me to check in despite our address being the same. She also would not give me the parking pass until he came in, so i had to go back out into the freezing cold weather twice. It was late and i was tired, this was not a good first impression. Also it is not good that you hide the parking fee. I wasnt aware of it until check in and the price was the reason we chose hilton over the other options. So my room ended up costing $50 more than it said on line. I would not recommend staying here for this reason. I dont like sneaky. Beds were very hard

AJ checked us in and she was very nice but did not let us know that the parking was $10. On hotels.com it says "self parking available" which we did not know meant there was a fee. The carpet in our room was wet and when I called the desk to let them know, I was told it had been cleaned earlier in the day but was given no option to move rooms or be compensated for walking on wet carpet. I know it meant it was clean, but it was still unpleasant.

Check in was easy, the staff were polite, and the room was clean. We had a comfortable two day stay. We were able to walk to a dinner cruise on the Belle of Cincinnati, and to the Heritage Bank Center to watch a concert. It was a great weekend.

The room was spotless and the staff was courteous. The one complaint that I had that I called on was we were handed a paper to put on our dash in the parking lot. On the way home I received a notice on my credit card that there was a charge hold for $10.60. I called and questioned that and they said it was a parking charge. Through my check-in and entire state I was never notified that I would be charged $10.60 to park. That was a fee that I was supposed to be notified at the time of check-in and I was not. When I called the hotel I should’ve been offered a refund, but I was not

Our room was on the 6th floor and had an immaculent view of the river and Cincinnati skyline. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very convenient and close to shopping and dining. We cannot wait to go back and stay again.
