There are so many positives to mention about the St Regis a. lovely room b. quiet, boutique vibe of this great little hotel c. outstanding complementary breakfast (cooked to order off the a la carte menu where there are three very good options provided) d. perfect location for the hotel - right next Granville Station, a few blocks from a station on the Canada line, and 5 min walk from Gas Town. I will make the St Regis my hotel of choice whenever I visit Vancouver,

We found the hotel just perfect. Short stroll to Canada Place and Downtown Vancouver. Lots of dining options close to hotel. Breakfast was included and we were well catered for. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.

One of the best hotel we've stayed at. Staff was fantastic and the room was very clean. Conveniently located to many shops and eateries, close to the cruise terminal and there's a mall two blocks away. The only thing I would recommend would be a mini fridge. My wife is a diabetic and she needed a cold storage area for her insulin, so we used the ice that's available from the ice maker. The staff offered the front desk mini fridge, which was very kind, but we didnt want them to be responsible if something happened to it. Otherwise great stay.

Although we could not access the room earlier than check-in time, we stored our luggage at the reception. Our suitcases were already brought into our room before we even got the key, which was very nice. The toiletries provided are also of high quality. Bed is comfortable.

V nice rooms-v nicely appointed and terrific location. Reminded us of an European hotel. Robes, chocolates, bottled water, coffee, nice toiletries. Appreciated the free breakfast, too, which is a rarity in Vancouver. Right off the sky train route and easy walk to cruise terminal.

The hotel itself is well located, the staff helpful, and we have no complaints about cleanliness. However the room was tiny (we had to retreat to let the other pass), the breakfast limited, and the immediate area is bedevilled by fentanyl addicts which makes one wary of being out too late. As such, the high price of a room is not justified.

The St Regis was a great hotel, very clean and easy check in. The rooms are a nice size with updated and very clean bathroom. The bed is very comfortable along with the pillows. you even have comfy white robs to use. There is a restaurant attached, steak house next door, breakfast next door and a steak and pub at the end of the block. would 100% recommend this hotel.

Our room faced a busy road and was noisy during the night from traffic and human noise. Sleeping was very difficult. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The is a terrible aroma when yoi enter the hotel.

Pros: Great location to walk anywhere in downtown. Great service. Breakfast is good, a set menu with 3 choices: 2 cook to order, 1 cold offering, but by the 4th day it was a bit boring. Large bathroom. Cons: The room was disapointing. It was very small, with one small window that looked over an alley. A nice large walk in closet with only 8 hangars in it :( Sitting chair was in the corner with no side table. Minimal USB ports and plugs in the room. At this price point, I would not stay here again. While the service is great, the room was a big disapointment.
